I am writing this review after an incredibly frustrating experience with Floormart that has been ongoing for months. In February, I ordered vinyl flooring for my bathroom. The delivery was delayed by a week, which brought my entire hall renovation to a standstill. This delay resulted in me losing a significant amount of money as my contracted workers were left with nothing to do while waiting for the vinyl to arrive.

When the vinyl finally did arrive, it was out of its tube and was damaged in transit. This meant more delays and frustration. It has now been almost six months, and I have only received half of the refund I am owed. I am still waiting for the other half. Despite countless emails and phone calls, I am always met with the same empty promise: "We will sort it shortly." It seems they are simply trading time and hoping I will give up.

To make matters worse, the damaged vinyl is still sitting in my house. Nobody has collected it, and I have no idea how to dispose of or recycle it. This has been a truly terrible experience from start to finish. The lack of communication, the delays, the damaged product, and the ongoing struggle to get a full refund and have the item collected is unacceptable. I would not recommend Floormart based on this experience.

Good Customer Service.
The ordering process was easy.
Two separate orders placed. First one arrived quickly and without a problem. The second order was delayed due to damage in transit and therefore had to be reprocessed. Which wasn't ideal due to our project deadlines. We eventually had to cancel part of the order due to delay.
A very positive thing about this company is their customer service department, who answered the phone quickly and a very helpful member of staff, who did exactly what she said she would...very rare these days!!

Nice company to deal with, however my first order from them took over a month to arrive, too late for the job I’d ordered the stuff for. The second order came through within a few days, so much better but unfortunately they sent the floor coving rolled up in a box, so none of it was straight. Plus the box was falling apart by the time it got to me.
