Refund promised but never received

I placed an order with Floormart on 21 May 2026, but when it arrived, the entire item was incorrect. Ms A. S. Sales Manager acknowledged the mistake and confirmed by email that I would receive a refund.

Despite this written confirmation, I have never received the refund. My emails are now being ignored, and whenever I call, I am told that the managers are either on holiday or attending a training course.

This is extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but a company should honour its promises and refund customers when it has already agreed to do so in writing. I should not have to spend months chasing money that I am owed.

Very quick delivery, however both liquids spilled into the box as the lids were not tight enough

Don't want to write along story but after 40 yrs in building trade meeting some excellent people along the way all I can say is DON'T use this company absolutely terrible Don't give a shit about customers.

Had a few deliveries are floormart and never any problems.

I sent 3email before you delivered my mat asking you to change colour to camel and you sent charcoal. How do l return it and get the one l need please

Order was a couple of tubs of flooring adhesive, delivery address was altered/made up by delivery company, order was sent to the wrong address, it took some time to resolve, but eventually Floormart dispatched my order from stock while the original order is retrieved.

Company never fulfilled order never sent it out had to chase up this response look at all the other negative reviews on trust pilot and Google this Company as a poor reputation for not treating customers well.

I have never written a trust pilot review for a company but after my experience with Floormart I must say - DO NOT spend your money here.

Items were sent late, arrived damaged (with rips and poorly cut corners), item was resent - but lost in transit, then had to chase them about a refund for weeks.

Floormart have insisted they have sent a refund but my bank has not been contacted - I am now having to raise a financial dispute through my bank to reclaim the money. I’m also exploring a small claims court to resolve this.

At every stage the team were in inefficient and lacked transparency and I had to follow up with multiple phone calls and emails to get anything done.I regret choosing them as suppliers as it cost me huge amount of time and effort and delayed our building work by weeks.

terrible company to deal with, ordered some floor care but by mistake ordered stripper rather than maintenance. So asked to return it but they tell me even though its still in its original packing and unopened they class it as consumable and cant rely on the contents when returned, even though it was dispatched the previous day. Also don't trust their delivery information either, its not accurate.

I would avoid this company absolutely shocking service and poor communication. Had nothing but issues with my order and I had to chase them for replacement, a refund and collection of their damaged flooring. No respect for their customers caused me nothing but stress and wasted my time by promising delivery of my replacement flooring 4 times and it never arrived. Absolutely disgusting service

We will never deal with this company. The goods we ordered were not delivered and we tried for 4 months to get refund from and still trying. Every time we ring, they acknowledged the refund is due but never processed it. Customer service is poor, never returned calls or answered our emails.

Absolutely shocking . Placed order 10/02/26. Took my money via debit card. No communication after taking payment, no confirmation of order or invoice. Called company 5 times, could not find me on system, on the phone on each occasion spent 10 mins answering same questions, could not find me on system. Promised to call me and e-mail me back, nothing, promised to refund money, nothing. Portrayed typical 'scammer' behaviour. Took the money and no contact since. 2 Months, no goods or refund. Please avoid company. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Following my review, Company alleged that they can't find my order, it's because they never gave me a reference when they took my money, As I said I called many times for them not to find me, it's typical behaviour which experienced. They have refunded my money. They found me when they wanted to. Systems need complete overhaul.
Please stop wasting my time now, you have wasted enough of it already.
