Great communication from start to finish from Floor depot, and the delivery company. Very pleased with the flooring aswell. I would recommend using Floor depot.

Quality of flooring and price was good but communication was not great and automated message whe asking questions my beading came separate to my flooring meaning had to get joiner back round. Overall good but communication could get better

I placed an order and it was dispatched but due to an unforeseen circumstance I didn't need the order anymore.
I knew if I cancelled that I would lose the delivery charge from a refund, and expected a small admin charge, but I had to pay £75 to cancel the order. This seemed a really extreme charge to pay just for cancelling.

The website does say "you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods either being returned to our depot or re-delivered" but conveniently doesn't mention how much. If I had know they charge £75 to cancel I wouldn't have placed an order.
£75 is too much considering the delivery charge was only £35.

Ordered for our new premises and also booked with one of their fitters, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond helping me choose an affordable yet beautiful flooring.

I ordered flooring plus the accessories ( beading t- bar and ramp bar) . The flooring arrived a couple days later and the rest promised a few days later. Waited and waited but no accessories called up and sent emails on several occasions and was assured the it will be there in the next 24 hours. Still no accessories again chase up several times and was advised that it was delivered wrong and will be with in the next 24 hours . Was given another number to chase it and he advised I will have it the next 24 hours again nothing. After waiting a full 10days have sent emails , no response have called and now not answering my calls . I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, you will get fobbed off from pillar to post. Still waiting to get through to Floor depot .

Hooray good news as of 14.30 on the 26th June I managed to get my accessories..

I'm in ore!!! I've snapped out of breaking down now but just wanted to say!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊. Delivery guy went above and beyond and all the way back around with my delivery. Sad to say that I'm unseen and not heard when I generally need help in public!...but this guy WOW 😮? Well done whoever the manager is who employs this guy. He needs a pay rise and is a credit too whom he represents for your company. Floor Depot is definitely at the top of any customer service experiences in so long. Being paralysed is no fun at the best of tines but he made me smile and my day ❤️ Thank you delivery guy your actions meant more than you'll ever know.

Fantastic quality flooring, exactly as described. The delivery arrived quickly, and after an issue with delivery, the team were amazing at resolving the issue and amending the delivery address around our needs.

The flooring is easy to install with a brilliant finish.

They’re available any time, I requested further pictures of the flooring samples to help with deciding and their responses came through within minutes no matter what time I messaged.

The whole experience was brilliant and we’d definitely use them again.

Decent flooring products and delivered in a few days as expected.

Delivery charges are very high for small orders as they have a minimum pallet delivery charge and no other option for smaller quantities.

2 packs of flooring was damaged, and the courier took them back saying they will let Floor Depot know for claim/replacement. I tried calling the customer service but was met with answering machine saying store staff will not be able to deal with damaged goods claim, so I had to fill in a form. Only then did I find out that I had to take so many photos to make a claim. A staff member named Chloe answered the enquiry but was met with even more mistake as she could not understand the situation written in simple English, resulting in cancellation of my newest order. Truly frustrating experience.

1 star — Avoid, terrible communication and dishonest delivery promises.

I was originally told flooring would be delivered between 9-5pm on the Friday. It arrived on a broken pallet and was the wrong flooring entirely. I requested collection of the incorrect delivery and was told the correct flooring would be delivered the following Tuesday at the very latest — I took a day off work to wait in. At 4.30pm that day I was told it wasn't being delivered after all.

I was then promised an AM delivery the next day. I took another half day off work and the flooring didn't arrive until 1.30pm. As a result I had to cancel my carpenter three times.

Throughout this they were dishonest about delivery details and couldn't provide any delivery window more specific than 9-5pm, which is completely unworkable when you have tradespeople booked.

I was told by Jess that I would receive a refund for the shipping costs and have since heard nothing — they are not responding to my emails or messages.

I was also left on hold for 30 minutes before anyone answered the phone.

Definitely won't be ordering from them again and would not recommend. Nightmare communication from start to finish.

Best price for the product I found but what surprised me was the level of customer service offered. First contact by phone was great and efficient. explained what I needed and assisted with some technical info. I ordered the flooring and it was delivered without issue. then the guy installing it needed more (I miscalculated) so had to order more. BUT the price had increased. So I phoned and they matched the original order price.
Then the company very kindly accepted a return of some other items (unopened, unused) outside of the statutory 14 days refund period. This company just gets it. Super friendly, efficient, very reasonable and operate using 'old school' customer service and values. Highly recommend as a retailer for your flooring needs. BTW, the property floor now looks great.

Am very happy with how quickly they responded to me through out their customer service.
Also delivery driver was lovely he had a great attitude.
All items are in good condition, delivered on a pallet no breakages.
I would order from them again

Laminate flooring was beautiful and very easy and simple to lay. The flooring was brilliant quality and the underlay was very good also was easy to lay.

Quality flooring at a great price, delivery was excellent, it was supposed to be kerb side delivery but the driver put the pallet well into our driveway as I wasn't home at the time. That's what you call great service. We were so impressed with the flooring which we initially purchased for the living room and hall we decided to order more to do our bathroom and bedroom. All completed now and looks and feels fantastic. We are so delighted and have no hesitation in highly recommending The floor depot.

Very good quality flooring, delivery was also seamless with great communication.
I have since received messages to ensure we are happy with the product.
