Scott was very helpful. When I first booked the flight I was hesitant and thought it was a scam because I hadn’t heard back from them within the 24hrs as stated. After speaking with Scott he explained why I hadn’t heard back and was very helpful in booking with a different airline. He also got me a great deal as well. Don’t be alarmed if the process didn’t go as fast as you expect. It’s a process but trust me Scott was on top of things in reassuring me that everything was working out. I got my email with my tickets and was called personally to see if there was anything else he could help me with. Will be booking through Scott again for my future trips.

I was so happy to see a very price for a flight from DCA to MIA on Flightforall with Delta that I started a booking. Then I received an email telling me to wait for confirmation. It was so strange to me snd I talked to my friend. She told me it was a bait and I was scammed. I was so nervous and skeptical until I received a call from Luis Santiago. He told me the flight I booked was sold out and he asked if I minded to flight from/ to the nearby airport. He was so informative with several options to me. He was so patient with me as I didn’t reply to him quickly as my job does not allow me to answer phone at work. Finally, he found me a great itinerary with reasonable price. He also held 4 other tickets for my friend who will be traveling on the same trip with us. I’m so happy and will definitely go back to Luis for my future trips.
