Good experience
Good experience. Rick was on top of it, he responded right away and was patient with our plans for 3 families booking together, all with details to give him. You do need to wait a day before the booking is confirmed but it’s worth it to get a better price.

The first red flag
The first red flag is somehow the tickets that were available for over 5 hours were magically unavailable. Then, a very nice man, with an English accent, tried to upsell me tickets.
I went to the page 2 days later - guess what? The tickets are 'still available' - so I called instead of submitting a payment request. The very sweet sounding foreign lady told me the web page had not been updated and airlines were not providing updates. Then she told me she could sell me 4 tickets for $8k. I couldn't hang up fast enough.

I was skeptical the rate we booked on the site was not correct because it was so low, that was a correct assumption due to the web showing a ‘promo’ offer that was no longer available but Rick White helped us get the next lowest rate which was still much lower than the commercial direct rates. Ben made my experience a 10/10
I was definitely skeptical at first, but Ben was very informative and explained everything to me. He stopped me from booking a standby ticket, which would have been a disaster. I am traveling to visit an old friend with my daughter, and we cannot be stranded at the airport with no way to get home. He helped me understand what the personal item was and let me know about checked bag fees.
I appreciate that he called me back after the tickets were confirmed and gave a personal number to contact him in case I need any further assistance.
I would definitely speak with Ben again. He was very courteous and attentive to my needs.
