He understood what I needed, and worked over and above to provide me with the transactional support I needed. He was very professional, always available, and a pleasure to deal with. Richmond took all of the stress out the transaction for me, which I really appreciated.

I dealt with 1 person throughout the entire process, this was great.

There was a slight delay in speaking to one car dealership, in that time someone else made an offer on a car I was interested in so missed that one.

I ended up finding a better car in the long-run though so all good.
