Awesome communication from Jed. The process was very well manage and simple to complete. Very happy with the service and would recommend Jed and Fleet Choice.

Bradley was a great communicator and was extremely helpful. Your systems were very helpful in terms of being able to understand the forms required and to get them back in a timely fashion.

I had an issue with financial constraints due to Divorce recently finalised. Bradley showed me I could get what I wanted in a price range affordable. I have a car that exceeds my expectations thankyou.

Exceptional level of service and responsiveness. I was a first time novated lease buyer and I was guided through the process expertly. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that the sales consultant Jed was very good. Extremely helpful and very efficient in replying to any queries I had.

Unfortunately that was where the good service stopped. After specifying in our paperwork - and then again on the email that we attached it to, that we would like weekly debits on a Wednesday - The first amount that came out of my employers account was a monthly installment. I rung to get this rectified at which point no one got back to me.

The following week on the Wednesday we were both furious to see that another monthly installment was withdrawn. I then rung the following day (Thursday) to get this rectified. Again, no one got back to me. I then had to ring back on Tuesday to make sure that no money was coming out the following day at which point I was told they had cancelled the direct debit until further notice but they could not guarantee that it would not come out the following day as it might be to late in the day and it may have already been processed. Luckily no money did come out the next day - but considering I had rung on the Thursday, not good enough.

So then the second installment was refunded and I thought we were passed it. I was wrong. My employer received an invoice advising there would be the weekly amount taken out of his account the following week. I then forwarded this onto the admin team asking for an explanation as this was only 3 weeks the monthly installment had came out. This was not responded to and the weekly installment came out despite my request for confirmation. I then had to waste more of time following up - and after specifically requesting that the manager call me back personally to explain (not an unreasonable request given the absolute debacle this had turned into), was not at all surprised that this was also ignored and it was in fact the member of the admin team who called me back.

The information she conveyed to me was no surprise, it was another stuff up and the money should not have come out until the following week AS PER MY EMAIL WHICH WAS NOT RESPONDED TO.

My job in the business I work for is managing relationships with customers, so being on the other end of quite frankly absolutely poor service like this was infuriating. Mistakes happen - doesn't matter what industry you work in. My philosophy is never judge a company on the mistake they make but rather how they go about fixing it. I wasted time I do not have having to follow up every single email I sent, when FLEETCHOICE WAS IN THE WRONG. I would have thought given it was your mistake you would be chasing me to fix, not the other way around.

After this, I would absolutely not be recommending Fleetchoice to anyone that asked. Very very poor.

The staff member I dealt with was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding throughout my whole experience with him. I would recommend fleet choice to family and friends.

The service I have received has been terrible. I have been misinformed and have been trying to sort out errors made by fleetchoice for 3 months

For God sake ,Please stay away from this company.They will trap you if quit early from a lease

My Pre-Sale experience with Fleetchoice was very good as long as sales professional jade was delaing. However Aftersale expreience is so far very unsatisfactory as no one have contacted me from Maxxia or fleetchoice to get amy account activated. I still waiting for my fuel card etc.

I could not be happier with the service received from Mary Hatzi. Her professionalism, prompt responses, knowledge and advice is a real credit and asset to your Company. I will definitely be referring her services onto others. Thank you very much Trudi.

Jed was excellent and made the whole process of applying for a Novated lease a breeze.

Jed was brilliant to deal with. Great information and was happy to give me quote variations.

We recently had Richmond help us and I cannot rate his service highly enough. He walked both my husband and I through the quote multiple times, explained all costs, changed the quote to help make it within our budget. Then when the car we originally wanted was no longer available, he helped move our paperwork through at lightening speed to be able to have everything finalised before Christmas. He was always available, extremely responsive and ultimately the reason we chose our fleetchoice quote over the others.

Cant thank Justin enough for the work he has done in setting up the option to use a novated lease with my company. He ensured that all my questions were answered as well as helping me make the final decision on putting my package together. This has been the best experience I have ever had and Justin just made it that much easier to understand the options.
