Paul, (Flat Pack Charlie) was very professional from my first contact with him. He was prompt, hard working and very tidy. He knows his job. With one or two minor problems in fitting it all in the room, he offered solutions and consulted at every stage to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. If only the old house had a level floor, it would have made his job easier, but no worries, it was not a problem to Paul! If you want flat pack putting together, get Flat Pack Charlie and you will not be disappointed.

Cannot fault Paul's service. Arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. So pleased with the work he carried out (assembled my walk in wardrobe in my spare room) Would highly recommend.

Paul arrived in a timely manner and was professional and friendly. Not only does the wardrobe looks fantastic, Paul organised the packaging into recyclable and non-recyclable which made it easier for me to dispose of it. A brilliant service.

I’m so impressed, Paul did a great job putting together three Ikea chests of drawers, he even noticed that a set of drawers we thought were broken had been assembled wrongly so he fixed it. I would recommend him to repair any flat pack furniture that you think might have seen better days.

He kept the recyclable rubbish separate and tidied up after himself. A thoroughly wonderful service that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Was very impressed with the service from Flat Pack Charlie. Did a fantastic job of putting up a wardrobe and bedside table within a couple of hours and attached The wardrobe to the wall. After hours of trying to assemble an IKEA sliding door wardrobe, we finally gave in and looked for help. We came across Flat Pack Charlie and from the first point of contact he was so helpful and efficient. He arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. Paul came to put up our 4 door wardrobe as we have struggled in the past + we are occupied throughout the day and did a fantastic job! The wardrobe looks amazing. I cannot speak more highly of Flat Pack Charlie. Paul arrived on time, discussed the work to be done (2 x Ikea, 3 door wardrobes) and quietly got on with the job, completing it swiftly. When it came to organising the wardrobe innards, he even suggested I tested some of my hanging clothes in the wardrobe to get the right height for the hanging rail. I didn't realise that the wardrobe also came with some 'baskets' but this addition wasn't a problem to Paul. His knowledge saved me considerable time and effort. A bonus was that the price was very reasonable. Well done Paul.

Amazing service, super quick and very efficient. He worked through extremely hot weather and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Also offers a disassembly service too which we are definitely going to use when we move.

Found Paul on Google and like a number of people wondered if posted reviews were true! I can assure you that they all are. Paul arrived promptly on the the time given and went far and beyond the job that was needed by even taking faulty goods back to the shop to exchange.
