Simon’s work is absolutely excellent — without doubt one of the best plumbers in the area. He fitted our boiler and has since serviced it, and the heating is running really well. Professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous, we have complete confidence in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-quality plumber.”

Excellent, efficient and extremely helpful.

Simon is a great heating engineer. I had a number of problems with the heating. He quickly diagnosed them, solved the main issue and suggested which one to take to the manufacturer under the warrantee
.
After performing a very thorough boiler and cylinder service, he highlighted a number of advisories and made some adjustments that made the boiler much quieter. All followed up with all relevant certificates by email.

Booking was very efficient online and he was organised and very tidy!

Have used their service annually with no issues

Flash heating and plumbing was recommended to me 4 or 5 years ago and have always found them top class. Simon always reminds me that my annual boiler service is due. He is always tidy and thorough.

The shower in our bathroom suddenly started to leak. We contacted Simon who came round, worked out the cause of the problem, purchased replacement parts and had it all up and working the same day.
He always works quickly but in a very organised way, leaving things clean and tidy.
We could not recommend him more highly.

I would love to see him come again 🔥

I recently had a fantastic experience with Simon who came to service and repair my boiler. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and professional. He clearly explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions with patience, and carried out the work to a very high standard.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and care he took the time to ensure everything was safe, double-checked the system, and left the workspace clean and tidy. It’s reassuring to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy in this line of work.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable gas engineer. Excellent job from start to finish!
