We have been long standing customers of Flame UK for many years and we would (and have) highly recommend them. We have 4 venues across Nottingham and they look after our waste services as well as all our energy contracts. The services they offer are innovative and they fully understand our business and our individual site requirements. They are also on hand should any issues arise and they take responsibility to see it through to the end.

We would genuinely recommend this company for all your waste needs. Process is simple from start to finish. Documentation provided for your environmental reporting. Staff are all helpful, polite and prompt. We are now looking at moving out general waste needs over to them as they were that impressive.

Very efficient and friendly experience all round. I recently worked with Will who was a pleasure to deal with, his helpfulness made the whole process hassle-free. I will be working with Flame again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I had a tank (7000 litres) that was full of rainwater contaminated fuel oil. It was also 18mtrs up on the top of a building. I needed the tank emptying and the contents disposed off in the correct way.

I spoke with Joe at Flame UK to ask if this was something he could arrange, and it was. Right from the beginning, I was dealt with in a friendly, polite and knowledgeable way. I was quoted for the removal of 7000 litres of contaminate fuel which I accepted and paid for. Because of the tank's location up on the roof, the site had to be inspected beforehand and not many days afterwards the specialist waste tanker arrived and the fuel removed.

I noticed on the Hazardous Waste Certificate issued to me at the time of removal that the quantity of contaminated fuel was less than estimated and paid for. Joe from Flame UK called me soon afterwards and confirmed as much and that therefore they would issue a partial refund.

Excellent service all round and I would have no hesitation in recommending Flame UK.
