I have ordered quite a few of the Fayah bracelets and necklaces. The last order, I received a "mermaid" bracelet as a gift and it is beautiful. Interesting design also with the cord pull to make it smaller or bigger just to fit your wrist. I am very pleased that I have discovered this company and recommend it to all. Thank you

When the ring I ordered arrived it was in a beautiful package and I loved everything about it. Great customer service, very well done.

The ring is stunning with beautiful packaging. Very pleased. However I was unaware that I would have to pay customs a few weeks after the purchase at my post office. I some how missed this detail when purchasing. It was inconvenient to travel to po and it cost me another 16 euro. I live in ireland and assumed that all was included in price as with Amazon .V

My order did not arrive and without hesitation a replacement has been sent, customer service was exceptional 🤗

I had to contact this company re a repair query on a ring i recently purchased. The quickness of the replies from customer services even at this time of year ( 1 week before christmas) was simply over and above what i expected.
They answered my query efficiently professionally and i can't thank them enough for the outcome. They really have made christmas that little bit more special for us.

I am a customer of FIYAH Jewellery and am quite happy with their Customer Service Department. I have never had a company get back to me so quickly regarding orders that I have placed. Not only that, I live in the United States so they're taking the time and effort to communicate from a great distance away.

Loved these beautiful rings. I have 4 (2 for my children and 2 for our grandchildren).
Lost in the mail, customer service was so speedy and polite and replaced them within days.

I cannot praise the customer service for this company high enough. I sent an email on a Sunday evening enquiring if they did repairs. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by email by Emily offering to replace the items, one of the items was no longer in stock and so I was asked to choose a replacement. I advised by email on Monday evening and the items were delivered on the following Wednesday. There was also a white feather thoughtfully popped into the package. I have told everyone I know how amazing the customer service is and I will most certainly head to Fiyah for any jewellery I buy in future. Top class service, communication, thoughfullness and the jewellery is amazing. Thank you Fiyah.

Only one small suggestion. It would be really nice if the little card could fit inside the box so they could be kept together.

I bought 2 of these rings in gold, they arrived today. I am so used to being ripped off that i was not expecting them to be of such quality and craftmanship. I am so impressed i just ordered 4 silver for my daughters. LOVE this site.

The silver feather ring is so pretty. Bought it for my niece as a Christmas present, it's a lovely sentimental present but something you can wear at anytime. I've added my own little white feather in the box, I've placed through the centre of the ring, really sets it off. Definitley worth the money.

The two rings I bought as gifts were delightfully received. They loved them. Also, it was possible to put a note in with the gift, which made it all the more personal. The delivery was fast and I would highly recommend FIYAH jewellery.
