10/10 Service as always With the All the Five guys staff especially Rhys

Absolutely fab visit this evening, our server Paul was lovely and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. My meal was missing cheese and peppers and he promptly corrected this and was very apologetic! My first time having five guys and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Paul at Ipswich :)

Great staff especially Paul the manager .

What's all the fuss about?

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of burgers here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

As a burger lover, the quality of the burger was poor.
There was no real taste and the bottom bun was soggy.

It took a while for me to understand that all the extras I was being asked about was included in the price.

I was astonished to find there were no meal deals and every item was extra.

We had 2 burgers and 1 small fries for £30 - wow!!
This with no drink or shake.

The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile.

Average experience, however, because of the price point and lack of special offer deals etc. I'm unlikely to visit again

Sorry Five guys you are far too expensive for me. And the taste and quality doesn't qualify for a one-off expensive treat either.

Ordered just a plain burger that's on me but the burger i got was completely tasteless. Nothing to do with staff or service just the quality of the burger. First time I've ever added salt and pepper to a burger.

Great staff, fresh food.

Service was top notch as per usual everytime I come in the food is amazing no complaints what so ever

Burgers are tasty but everything is just too overpriced for a fast food place where you go order at the counter and pick up your food. Over £5 for a portion of chips!

I literally could not believe how utterly revolting the grilled cheese sandwich was, the cheese was so synthetic, with this ghastly slimy texture. It was very expensive too. It's genuinely one of the most revolting things I've ever eaten. I was especially shocked because I think their chips are wonderful, so I had high hopes for the grilled cheese.

Wanted a burger with a sesame bun not brioche and couldn't do for me and was offered alternative like a wrap and was shown the fillings like salad jalapeños peppers and some mayo BTW thought i was getting a bread wrap its the worst burger ive ever tasted and order fries for my son small one and it was lased with salt (resort world Birmingham) £14:95 five guys

As someone with Coeliac, they appear to take precautions to avoid cross contamination. However, a couple of times recently I have noticed a disturbing practice. The person responsible for my order is thorough, changing gloves, preparing the tray etc. However, another person seems to prepare burger buns (with gluten!), then goes on to finish the burgers on the grill, then transfers the patties to my tray and touches the burger as it is placed in my tray. This means it is no longer a place I can afford to relax for even a second!

Absolutely perfect. Dhaiwat and Malhar were efficient friendly and knowledgeable. Guided me through my first time were patient and the food was outstanding.

The five stars is to thank so very much the lovely member of staff who went out of his way to help me yesterday evening even though I wasn't a customer at the time but he could see I was agitated, I am disabled and use wheelchair. He offered ways to rectify situation to help me but would have taken him a long time.
Anyway Five Guys this guy deserved the Five stars.
Your other staff seemed to be very understanding too. Well done

No vegan options and for kids meal, it’s just cheese and bread for veggies. In store inflexibility to add any vegetables for a kid even though meat eating kids get a patty.

If it’s brand policy, not to add any veggies for a child, it’s somewhat pathetic.

Have had 5 Guys burgers outside the UK as well as a couple in the UK which were exceptional
BUT this restaurant was absolutely dreadful - the burger patties were small and overcooked, the salad was just throw in and the onions were raw when I’d ordered cooked. I’ve had better Rustler burger than this one!!
My other half had the grilled cheese - the bun was toasted and then the cheese and salad added without being grilled so it didn’t melt whatsoever and was tepid.
Bridgend - You really need to up your game when there are other places to eat or if you want my custom again

Used to love five guys got a cheese burger and it left me with terrible food poisoning for about 5 days straight! 😬😣 awful no words just don’t eat here

I ordered food online for delivery then called the shop to follow up. They have refused to take responsibility or refund my money. They are referring me to Just Eat to get my refund yet my payment card shows money was paid to Five Guys!! Now when I try to call them they have blocked my number. Wow

Had a cheese dog at five guys and it was genuinely so good I had to save some cause I wanted to eat the rest and munch on it when I get home. The staffs there are so nice and treat their customers very good and whoever made the cheese dog I ate definitely knows what they’re doing it might be my new favorite spot
