26th August update having placed the original order in early June (!)- Still no reply from Gym Company / Fitness Inn / Titanium Steel or whatever they are calling themselves this month. They are all the same company from what I can see. Dachser text me out of the blue at 4.45am in part German. They say they want to deliver now. Assuming their drives don't have a tantrum tomorrow because someone beeps them when parking and drive off, the final and most essential part - the safety bars on a 1000 lb leg press - will be delivered. That's early June to end of August with parts being drip fed through to me over 5 deliveries over several months, taking up room with a half finished product. Each time, you need to go back to the poor instructions and refresh yourself. I actually had two friends who are extremely practical to put it together with me. I really thought I would receive an apology at the least, a response even from these cowboys. But its been silence all the way. Don't but a Titanium Steel Leg Press.

17th August now...still no safety bars....we are into months receiving drips and drabs of a single leg press. Credit card company just texted me to say they are dealing with the disputed payment.

LATEST IN THE MONTHS UPON MONTHS DEBACLE

- STILL NO SAFETY BARS DESPITE THE THIRD MISSING BOX FINALLY ARRIVING SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER THE DELAYED FIRST TWO BOXES TURNED UP. WHEN I EMAILED TO SAY "STILL NO SAFETY BARS SO NOT SAVE TO USE IT" I'VE HAD TO CHASE AND CHASE AND CHASE. ZERO URGENCY.

ok so if you look anywhere aside from here you will see the real experience. I saw their hack squat / leg press which looked £150 cheaper than the branded version on Fitness Superstore. I paid on a credit card and decided to take a chance as the reviews were pretty poor but it’s £150 less. I called them and asked how long delivery would be. The sales guy lies and said if you place it today, it’s in stock and it’s 5-7 days. That was nonsense I realised later but he sounded convincing and I put the poor reviews down to the Covid-19 panic 2 months before where everyone ordered kit.

So the order was massively delayed but I chased customer services and they said it will eventually be delivered the 22nd June. They don’t have any order tracking unless you ask and you are them sent a back end link to Dachser in Spanish.

On 22nd June, Dachser Rochdale call and ask when I want my delivery - It’s not going to be 22nd June. I make it clear that if the driver calls ahead, I will have 4 people outside ready to take the item. The driver doesn’t call and turns up in a foul mood. As someone beeps him from behind, he throws a tantrum and disappears off to the next village. I call Dachser and they say he’s refusing to answer his phone or the emergency security contact they have. I offer to drive down to speak to him. I drive 10
Mins down the road and he’s gone. Long story short, Dachser rearrange delivery for 2pm the next day. At 3.30pm having spent the second afternoon waiting around for them my delivery comes. Sadly one of the three boxes is missing but I only discover that after the driver leaves. He never asked me to sign for anything. I call Dachser. After numerous calls, Dachser say their CCTV shows they only got two boxes. I’m now back to Titanium Strength / Fitness Inn. I send pictures of what they sent me vs the model, the invoice showing the 3 boxes I should have received and the two boxes I got. I itemised the missing order number. They ask me quite comically what the problem is. So I say well compare your picture to the parts you have sent. The main part, ie the middle, is completely missing. No reply. Yet another week I don’t have what I ordered, I’ve got bits missing, and I’ve no idea what’s going on now.

****** So I’ve now been advised that unless the missing box turns up in Dachser Spain, I will have to wait until August!!!! No compensation or compromise such as an offer or a discount for the inconvenience.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FITNESS INN / TITANIUM STRENGTH

Ordered an air bike £795, did not receive goods and now waiting for refund which I still haven't received.
Called up and spoke to Tom on numerous occasions, promised that refund will be done ASAP 3 months on still no refund.!

I don’t usually get around to writing reviews but this company seems to have taken a bashing on here so I’m going share my positive experience I’ve had with them.

I ordered a xebex air bike and thought I’d search the company afterwards as I not really heard of them before. Baring in mind I’d already paid I wasn’t sure why I checked after my purchase but nevertheless I did. I read the reviews and instantly felt anxious that I’d possibly made a mistake ordering from Fitness Inn. My anxiety was heightened when I found out that they are obviously based in spain.
I instantly emailed to see if they could send some dispatch/tracking details. They didn’t. They did however, contact me within 24hours to confirm they had shipped the bike but because it was shipped directly from the manufacturer they didn’t have a tracking number. If I’m honest this did worry me slightly because it sounded as if I was being fobbed off.

I contact them maybe 2 or 3 more times and was told to expect it early next week, but still no tracking/shipping details.

Anyway, long story short. I received the bike today (10days after purchase)as sold. £200 cheaper than anywhere else which in this current time is an absolute bargain. I’m really happy with it and I would recommend this company definitely. They probably have fake reviews on here to bolster their rating but what company doesn’t do this?!

The only thing I would suggest is that maybe they should liase more closely to gain the shipping details when dispatched from the manufacturer.

Most people only rate a company when they have a bad experience but I’ve had a really good one.

I ordered a air (assault bike) with the company in March. Whereas the firm was a little slow in keeping me updated on the progress of the delivery - it was understandably delayed due to Covid 19, but I had not been informed. However, my emails were responded to promptly and when I decided to cancel the order my refund was received within 5 working days. My experience of customer service at this firm is decent.

We have had an excellent service from the Fitness Inn UK and it's sister company Titanium Strength UK. Like so many other people at the start of the Covid 19 crisis, we were trying to buy home gym equipment. We contacted Titanium Strength via their web chat and spoke with Peter C. He was the only fitness company who either answered their phone or responded via web chat! He was honest and said they were trying to keep up with orders and would know more about stock levels the following day once they had caught up with the orders. The following day I spoke with Tom at Fitness Inn who rang me when I left my phone number on the web chat. He said he had spoken to Peter about us. Tom was fantastic! He checked stock levels for us and was very patient whilst we decided what to order. We ordered an air bike that was in stock and true to his word, the bike was delivered via courier when he said it would be. There was a slight change to the bike we originally ordered and Tom offered us a partial refund which has been processed and paid into my account. We also ordered a set of dumbbells knowing there would be a delay before they would come into stock. Tom kept us updated by email and went above and beyond to make sure that we received a set when they finally came into stock in their warehouse. Again they were delivered promptly and with great email communication from the courier company. There are lots of negative reviews on here but I really cannot understand why. We have had a fabulous experience with this company during very difficult times. The Titanium Strength dumbbells are really good quality for the money and we would definitely buy Titanium Strength products again as well as the other products on offer at Fitness Inn! Having used air bikes in the gym I decided to purchase one this model is a great buy and very strong, easy to assemble and all nuts and bolts and chain all well greased ready for use, I recommend anyone looking for an air bike to purchase one.

I was a little wary of ordering from this company having read some of the reviews and the fact we are in the midst of the COVID crisis. However my experience was satisfactory.

Main Pro Fitness Inn had the best price for my indoor exercise bike (around £200 cheaper than everyone else).

I was advised by Peter at Fitness Inn that my expensive indoor exercise bike would be shipped from Spain to the UK in about 4-7 days. After ordering, I did receive a shipping notification within a few days to say it was in process of making it's way to me however the courier appears to have been very slow as the item didn't arrive (mainland UK) for a total of 18 days. I contacted Fitness Inn after 15 days (spoke with Rafael Muller who was actually very helpful) and they did provide a tracking number and were able to reassure me it would arrive the next week. Someone called the day before the bike arrived to arrange a suitable time with me.

The bike arrived the next day, was well packed and easy enough to build. It was a bit annoying to find that one 'stock' pedal (with basket) was missing.. however I had my own pedals so wasn't too concerned. I asked Fitness Inn for a 2nd pedal and they are sending out to me. Rafael again was prompt and helpful with his communication.

I would use this company again but it wasn't a great/spectacular service..however I recognise these are difficult times.

Deceptive and fraudulent company! BEWARE!!!

Uncontactable. The number they provide on their website and company emails does not exist. They deliberately cut you off the chat service. I waited in line all day but suspiciously every time I got to no. 1 in the queue I was disconnected.
Not what I would expect from any firm that took customer service seriously.

Ripped our gym off, not delivered, had the money since December and still 'only just getting round to emails' Ridiculous.
Don't use.

Worst Company You Could Deal With!! The manager called Peter Conde....The surname tells you everything u need to know about these guys. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND FILLING A POLICE REPORT.

false advertising / took my money for a product they did not have- still waiting for my refund . Eventually got my refund after many calls - it seems you can’t speak to anyone senior in this company - took very long for a refund . Would advise not to use

UPDATE. Treadmill did eventually arrive and works well. Unfortunately there is a crack in the casing but It doesn’t affect function.

Ordered a treadmill on 2.12.19. It has still not arrived as of 1.2.20. As per other reviews, it has been extremely difficult to contact the company. I will be trying to get the money back but they have not been replying or answering enquiries.

Seller didn't ship product in timeframe stated, product was delayed multiple times. Had to get a refund by a PayPal dispute in the end as seller kept sending me excuses for not shipping the product. Please make sure the company is legit before ordering as a lot of other customers have had the same experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Only get customer service when trying to sell you something. I bought an Assault Air Bike in mid November promising delivery a few days later. It’s now almost the end of December and it still hasn’t arrived. Unable to contact the company. Phone is always on answer phone, messages never returned, the order enquiry email does not exist, it bounced back. Thankfully I actually paid through PayPal so am currently going through them to recover my money! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a NordicTrack treadmill from FitnessINN. It cost over £2000 but at that price it was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. The treadmill started to malfunction after about 5 weeks and when I reported this to FitnessINN it took several attempts through their website and by email before I received any response. They do not seem to ever answer the phone. The response from FitnessINN was to contact the manufacturer. I then had a very lengthy (weeks) dialog with the manufacturer on the problem before they sent out an entire new console for the treadmill that I had to fit myself. FitnessINN seems like a drop-shipper rather than a reputable retailer and I would recommend that you never buy anything from them. Their pricing seems great until you get a problem - then you're on your own.

Very clear site, variety of products and brands, I found what I’ve been looking for and now I’m very satisfied, I used it every day.
