Ordered a Titanium Strength Bench on 5 September, did not arrive for 19 days. When it did it the frame was bent and the bench leans 15 degrees to one side. Photographs with a spirit level for reference were supplied. Totally useless and unusable.

It took them from 24 September to 12 October to have the bench collected with no communication unless I initiated it in between, and I have still not received a refund despite having gone through Paypal Resolution Centre. There is no answer from either email (mailbox is full I believe) or phone at this time.

Avoid this company. Placed an order in June with three scheduled payments. Nothing delivered and zero communication so cancelled in August. They still kept taking money from my bank account. Still awaiting refund in October. They told me that the purchase had been cancelled multiple times but did not cancel it. Had to call the finance company myself and raise a dispute. Still out of pocket. Terrible service.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! This company are a sham. They took my money in May, told me my item would be delivered in August....still waiting. Now I have asked for a refund.... They hang up on me and cnat get back through. I have had to open a PayPal case. Nightmare £700 and 5 months of waiting for nothing. They are scammers.

I was looking for a good quality treadmill but couldn't source one in the UK. I finally decided on a NordicTrack 2950 and spoke to the company directly but they had none in stock and no indication when they would be available. I found the model on the FitnessINN website in Spain but was concerned about the process of buying and getting it to Northern Ireland especially having read some of the reviews. I should not have worried as the service I received was first class. I contacted Raphael Muller and spoke directly to Tom. They explained the process including using Dascher to transport the treadmill. Dascher where exceptional with regular updates on progress. The treadmill arrived in Northern Ireland within 8 days which I think exceptional. It took about 3 hours to build the machine and I have to say the NordicTrack 2950 is as good as any commercial gym machine. The 22in monitor is a real bonus. Overall first class - NordicTrack, FitnessINN and Dascher ( and Eagle Logistics the local courier).

I was extremely worried I wouldn't get my cable machine after reading reviews which I come across after already placing my order. I didn't have any issues with fitnessinn other than they didn't reply to my emails when I sent a query about how long my order would take.12 days after ordering they sent me a tracking number and it's the courier company they used that really let them down. Dachser left me in waiting for my delivery for 4 days before deciding my 3 small boxes were too big to get off without a forklift so they eventually passed my delivery on to palettline. Luckily palletline were reliable and helpful and I got my delivery from them with no issues.

purchased a £1000 treadmill two months ago , this had a fault and has never worked . the delivery driver broken stone gateway , have many emails and nothing has been resolved , treadmill still not working and nothing about my damaged gate , maybe just bad luck for me , but customer service is non existent. do not recommend you purchase from this supplier

Like many of you, I only ended up researching and finding out about this company's rep after I had actually parted with my cash - at which point, I did begin to panic and doubt the validity of their business (I had just spent >£2.5k on a Nordictrack treadmill - Yikes!). I am pleased to say, it worked out well for me and in the timescales they said it would...

Two days after my order was placed, an English speaking lady called me (Jessica) and said that they would be in touch once things were shipped to the UK and arriving at teh installers; after I put through 3 separate requests for an update over the course of the next 2 weeks, (That was the worrying time!) I finally heard from her again to say my item had arrived at the installers, based North of London. The installers then rang me the same day to say they could come and assemble the treadmill in 7 days time; which was a big relief.
They arrived today, on time and installed the unit very professionally.
In my view, I got a good deal and received the goods within 21 days of paying for them (When I spoke to the installers and told them of my experience, they did say that I seemed more fortunate than some people who had been waiting over 3 months; but with Covid-19 going on, it has been very disruptive, so plausible, butannoying!). If only FitnessInn could improve their UK Customer Service, as the number of negative reviews seem somewhat over-whelming.

This is the first time I have used TrustPilot, and I understand it may look like a fake review (on the basis that there are no others in my name to back it up) - All I can say is, I will try and use TP again and over time some people can truly believe this is a legitimate review. I felt I should write one, as if there had been more like this when I was going through my phase of worrying, I would have certainly been able to sleep that little bit better!

I pre-ordered an item in June, to be made available in early August - in the confirmation email they said would email me once the item was dispatched. The due date came and went and I heard nothing from them, so I emailed their customer support line and received no reply and no one answered on any of the occasions that I called the number provided on their website.

After seeing some of the reviews here, I investigated further and discovered that FitnessInn is simply the UK front for Gymcompany, based in Barcelona, which has similarly negative reviews.

Worried about potential fraud, I sent a second email (a week after the first) requesting a cancellation of the order, to their returns email (a different email to their customer support, and which was even listed on their website incorrectly - as @fitnessinn.uk and not .co.uk - sending more alarm bells ringing).

I planned on calling my bank and requesting a charge-back if they did not respond, but I received an almost immediate reply stating it would be shipped shortly. I instead opted to cancel the order, just to be on the safe side and, fortunately, I received a refund about a week later.

I'd give the site a lower review had I not received my money back so promptly. To anyone who is having similar issues and is panicking over whether the company is fraudulent - I do not believe it is, just incredible incompetent and providing little to no communication, unless you are threatening to cancel your order that is.

I ordered before I bought and then read TrustPilot reviews and panicked.
Prior to buying I rang the UK number and it was diverted to Barcelona. Spoke to a guy who was pleasant but a bit vague about the product but told me it would take 2weeks for an order to arrive.
Contacted the Managing Director Raphael Muller by email which you can do on FitnessInn website (after ordering)
He responded the following day forwarding my email to Tom at Fitness Inn.
He had already placed the order and sent me shipping tracking info which kept me informed.
I tracked the order all the way via Dascher shipping link.
It arrived to me in Belfast exactly 2 weeks to the day it was ordered- Titanium Smith Machine.
It said free delivery on orders on items over £200 to mainland GB only but I wasn't charged to N.Ireland.
FitnessInn were true to there word!

Still no response with delivery or installation date... Failed to call me back with confirmation as they promised me they would. Over 28 days from order when 7-14 day delivery times were promised and are still being promised on their website.

Quick response to emails! Very poor tracking information. Order did arrive after 2 weeks of the items being back in stock. Tracking information needs to be better for higher rating. Overall 3/5

Think carefully before using them. The customer service is literally awful. The customer service agent we spoke to on the phone was completely moronic. No niceties or manners whatsoever - no use of please or thank you or sorry we keep delaying your delivery without any reason or notification. They do not call you back to update you and having spent £1,500 with them, when I told the agent I was not happy with this lack of customer service, the agent accused us of harassing him!

I don't think I have ever come across a customer service agent so poorly suited to their role and so rude.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER OVER 4 MONTHS LATER.

Just bought a recumbent bike which I wanted within the week so phoned up to check they had it in stock first. No order acknowledgement and did not get it by the weekend as I wanted. After talking to a couple of people on the phone (and then reading some reviews) I thought I had been scammed. But then to my surprise it turned up 9 days after I ordered (their website said 7-14 days) and I'm really impressed with my purchase

Still waiting on the completion of my order, have emailed several departments for an update, including the rep I originally spoke to before ordering, no reply

I had an exceptional experience. Communication was excellent, managed to get through to their customer services team via the phone quickly with no problem. Delivery was a week before the scheduled date, and overall an excellent product and great service.

The only reason im giving 1 star is because they do not give the option to give a zero star rating. And these guys are not uk based they are in spain. Ordered a treadmill from these guys with the instalation service they offer for a total of £1264 . Was promised 7-14 days as per on website. Its now bin 21 days and nothing. 10 plus calls and 10 plus emails and still nothing. Keep getting fobbed off and recieving shipment notes in spanish, Really helpfull guys. Avoid this company like corona virus guys trust me, total mickey mouse set up. I have since contacted my card company to sort a refund. Total waste of time. And wasted a whole month of my life on these lot

Had to wait for stock due to Covid19, but the date they gave me was accurate and they contacted me as soon as it was ready for dispatch. I also had access to internet tracking. Waited 5 days and they telephoned to let me know that delivery would be made the following day. The driver from Dacher was friendly and really helpful. He telephoned 20 minutes before the drop to let me know. All the kit was in tact and I have now put it together. Very satisfied with the purchase and good communication. Was surprised to see so much negative feedback on TP.
