Problems with a leaking freezer…
Problems with a leaking freezer compartment cleared up in half an hour. Engineer Robin arrived on time, and was friendly and helpful. Very happy.

Great service and a handsome, well-designed fridge-freezer
The design of this fridge-freezer is great – lots of lateral space – and Steve and Andrei who installed it could not have been more helpful and professional. I’ve only had the appliance for a few hours, so far so good, and the service has been amazing from start to finish.

Ash did a thorough job
Ash did a thorough job trying to locate and reproduce the noise problem on our fridge. Since the noise didn’t happen during his visit, we wait to see if it is fixed or if it occurs again.

Thoroughly recommended.
F&P’s engineer Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant in his approach, very professional in conduct and completed the repair effectively and efficiently. He gave some very useful advice on how to get the best out of the machine and keep it in good order. He even made a few adjustments to ensure smooth and silent running. A very satisfactory visit and a credit to the company. Well worth the 5* rating.
