Came to unlock drain. Did not complete the job and the drain was still blocked. Was told on the phone that there will be a £120 charge for unblocking and no call out charge was mentioned. Once the person left, someone called Connor kept on harassing my elderly parents regarding payment and also threatened them by saying ‘My office is not too far from where you live’ in the end, because they were scared, he ended up scamming £50 from them when no job was ever completed and the drain was still blocked. Absolutely fraudulent company and avoid at all costs. They will promise a service and state a cost but just turn up, look at the work and demand a high premium for not doing anything as well as threaten pensioners for money. Disgraceful!

DO NOT USE SERVICE! They were so bad and rude that it inspired me to write my first ever review. On January 7th they came to unblock my drain. They did not do it properly and I called after to say that it wasn’t clear and would block again soon. They said that they would come back free of charge when it blocked. On Jan 15th it blocked. I called. First they said that it was over their time period for free callbacks. Then they agreed to comeback but I would have to call on Monday. When I complained and said that I had three kids and this was terrible service the gentleman went on an expletive filled tirade “I don’t give a ...t what you think, who do you think you are...” It was shocking and a little scary. I called another sevice today and they spent 45 min making sure it was clear. I’d rather pay again than have to speak to First 4 Drains ever again.

Awful company. Avoid avoid this company. They lie and mislead you in to believe they are coming to provide a free no obligation quote just to turn up to do the work without any prior consultation or quote for the job. We were able to capture some of this encounter on our home security camera and will be reporting this company to trading standards. Please stay away from this company! Very unprofessional and I would never recommend.

Update - the issue was not resolved and the blockage returned 3 days later.

I called up First 4 Drains for a plumbing service and I must say i experienced THE MOST disgusting and horrible experience! They do not care about their customers. I was left appalled and horrified with their service. When I made calls to customer service and manager I was very rudely cut off from the line whilst I was speaking. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY as the service is atrocious and aggressive tone of voice. My money has gone to waste with this so called service which was pointless and of NO HELP. The main issue I complained about was not even sorted nor considered properly.

Staff were jet washing in Bexleyheath and soaking members of the public. When I asked if they could cease they threatened to beat me up. Vile company with thuggish staff!

Wanted to leave no stars, they charged us £120 to come out and told us we needed to call Thames Water and didn’t even look in the drain. After Thames Water confirmed the fault was in our drain we called back First 4 Drains and they tried to charge us another £125 to come back and fix the issue. They state there is no call out charge but have tried to charge us twice. We will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman.

Very efficient service. Connor arrived at the agreed time and fixed my block drains quickly. He gave the area around the drains a thorough clean up and left the area spotless. Very reasonable fixed price for the job. Great service, really friendly chap. Would happily recommend this company.

Poor attitude not very professional, attitude bad. 2 man band not a large concern as website very deceiving. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, my toilet was blocked and Connor came out within half an hour, very professional, he found the route of the problem, fixed it and cleaned up before he left. Would definitely recommend as they’re not as expensive as some of the more commercial ones I tried and gave a great service.

I printed some garments and workwear for this company. I found them very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Outstanding Service. I was concerned about a drain at my house, called up and had someone at my house within an hour. Turns out the drain was blocked as expected. First4Drains team resolved the issue efficiently and completely stress free for me. No mess for me to deal with after they left either. Made contact with 2 drainage companies who were unable to send an engineer within the hour. Called First4Drains and they arrived within 30 minutes! Unblocked our drain and left leaving no mess. Would highly recommend.

Had a blocked drain which another drainage company couldn’t unblock. I called First4Drains who sent out a well presented engineer within the hour. He was able to clear the drain in no time. Great customer service, couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!
