This was the first time that we used DPJ and the service was excellent. The boiler service was thorough and all work carried out was fully explained. Daniel was more than happy to answer all the questions that I asked him. Will be back to him when the next service is due or for any other work.

Called at 9am and arrived by 12.30pm. Diagnosed the problem very quickly {He is very knowledgeable} and completed a repair within an hour. I will definitely keep him on my list of trusted traders. One bit of advice, have some business cards made and hand a few of them to your customers because they will definitely use you again and pass them on to others. Thanks for your help Dan.

I chose Dan from the reviews on Google and can only reinforce the positive reviews. Dan has serviced a boiler and also installed a new boiler for me. With both jobs he was quick to respond, provided all the information needed, gave different pricing options for the replacement boiler and the work was completed to a high standard.

Dan got back to me out of hours when we had a leak on the boiler. He came next day and diagnosed the issue, he then got the part on order and fitted it at his next available appointment.
I even threw another last minute issue at him and he sorted that out too on the same day.

We have used Darren twice now and his system (sends reminder texts) is a good one. He is very efficient in his work, he finds a solution to your issue and charges very reasonably for his expertise. More importantly he responds to calls (gets back to you if he is not available), and he is quickly able to log you in to his diary online.

Came across DPJ via an internet search for boiler repairs and services local to Lichfield as I’d been let down by my regular plumber and needed an urgent fix in the middle of a cold spell. The reviews were excellent and appeared genuine so I completed a form online and waited for a call back. Within the hour Dan called me back which was impressive as it was 9pm at night. We discussed the issues I was having with the boiler losing pressure and Dan suggested it could be one of a number of causes. He managed to fit me in the next morning for a service and check. Initial thoughts were slightly worrying as my gut feel was that I’d be waiting at least a few days for an engineer to turn up that was any good (on the basis that everybody in January would be calling on them!). My concerns were gladly proved wrong. Dan turned up on time, completed the service and rectified the fault within an hour. From start to finish he was excellent and gave me the confidence that I was in safe hands. Once he’d completed the works he filled in the service records on the manual and emailed me a copy of the paperwork and invoice. The heating has now been transformed with the house toasty warm as a result of the service. Communication throughout was excellent and more akin to what you’d expect from a big company. The bill was far from big and I was very surprised how reasonable he was for the work done. I work in construction and come across engineers from a variety of organisations. Dan was up there with the best of them and will be my engineer of choice going forward. I’d happily recommend him and DPJ to anybody looking for an expert to service and repair their boiler. Internet searches usually throw up a few curve balls and bad recommendations. On this occasion I was lucky to get Dan come back as one of the top choices.

Dan was professional polite trustworthy and provided an excellent service, Dan gave me some good advice when ever I asked him questions, he has a good knowledge of his tradesman ship. He is a very neat and tidy worker and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend people to use this tradesman, I shall be again contacting him for more work I need to be done and for him to service my fathers boiler.

Would not use this company again. Difficult to get in touch with. Made mistakes on the job and one of his team produced poor work and overcharged. Big mistake hiring them.

Dan has recently fitted new pumps to our underfloor heating and also installed Hive both up and downstairs. He is professional and courteous and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
