Just great and easy to follow

Awful company customer service is useless pass you from one to another and still no answers or what is happening.Avoid this lot like the plague and dont bother sending me a renewal price you will be told to #### off.

Cheap and simple to set up. And easy to switch off auto renewal.

I gave a five star Ghost while looking for a cheaper Car Insurance. I found this site to be very friendly user simplified and what you see is what you get. Hopefully they can even give more cheaper prices for Good drivers who are doing their best every day on the road.

The price was good from other ones that I’ve seen however I think they could even make it better for those who has many years of experience that the price will be cheaper for those Good drivers

Disappointing pricing – shop around before buying

The website itself was fine and the process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed to discover that the exact same like-for-like car insurance policy was available at a significantly cheaper price through another insurance comparison website.

Unfortunately, I had already purchased my policy, so it was too late for me to take advantage of the cheaper price elsewhere. Had I checked all the comparison sites beforehand, I could have saved myself money.

My advice to anyone considering First Alternative is to make sure you check all the comparison websites before committing to a policy. Don’t assume you’re getting the best deal just because you’ve found a competitive quote on one site. I wish I’d shopped around a little more, as I could have saved money on exactly the same cover.

A disappointing experience when it comes to value for money.

Easy to access and cheaper than any other car insurance quote.

I got a quote for over a month ahead and found a better option so requested to cancel within 24hrs. The associate was insisting I couldn’t cancel or get a deposit refund until after the policy start date. I had to fight to get a refund and cancel when in fact the policy hadn’t even started. Terrible customer service
