Amazing customer service, helped every step of the way with my first car.

I would absolutely use these guys again. I bought a lovely A7 Audi from them, it was exactly as described and the guys are amazing to deal with, definitely not the normal experience you get from a used car dealer!

I was happy with the experience I received at Fenlake Car Sales. I contacted them on the Thursday about a potential car purchase, and when I arrived on the Saturday to view, I was able to take it home.

A really didn't want to do this but I am sick to death of it see this Fenlake Car and Van Sales - Great Deals On Used Cars In Peterborough

Bought a kia sorento, good price, no hard sell, just let us get on with browsing till we wanted to ask questions.
We got straight, honest answers promised to fix a couple of minor issues and put a part ex deal together.
Two weeks in and the battery died. Couple of phone calls later and we got a replacement sorted out locally.
Excellent service with no dramas

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, in short, a pleasure to do business with this used car dealer. I also found them to be honest and reliable.

Fenlake Cars are one off the most attentive and friendly used car dealerships I have ever had the pleasure in using nothing was to much trouble and the after sales service was second to none I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service from start to finish!!
Would definitely get another car from here.

Great selection of cars. The boys here ever so helpful even arranged a delivery for us. Warranty included in the sale. All in all a quick and easy purchase now 4 months ago. Thank you!

I just bought a car today. I appreciated that Jay is not one of those typical pushy salesmen. He patiently let me take my time both looking at the car and test driving it. His prices seem reasonable. He sorted road tax etc., and we were able to drive the car away the same day. Obviously, the real proof of good salesmanship is in the aftercare, if something goes wrong. His last words to me was to not hesitate to get in touch, if anything went wrong. Should it happen that I need to make use of aftercare/the 15 months warranty, I’ll write again with a second appraisal.

I bought a car from Fenlake cars recently. The process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for serious buyers.
