Just got today the Femni Darlington Crossbody bag in lavander, super cute design I love everything about the bag, except the fact that it feels used, the edges are darker then they are supposed to be, for a 60€ mini bag I expect more quality.

I would not recommend.
Despite the company being called femni London the bags are shipped from China. Which is not ideal when you also live in London. It took 3 weeks to arrive.
Also the quality of the bag isn't great, especially for the price. Can get similar bags elsewhere.
If it wasn't for the good customer service i would give it 1 star.

I bought a white bag with gold belt on it. It truly looks like the picture and was boxed up well. I liked it so much that I purchased another one straight away for my sister. Cannot wait to pare it with my outfits soon

I love my Roma crossbody bag!
I purchased this bag through an Instagram ad and I was pleasantly surprised! It came fairly quickly to the United States and it is a quality bag! My only recommendation is to air out the bag outside to get rid of the plastic smell. Other than that, I've gotten many compliments and wear it practically every day

Ho comprato questa borsa quasi 2 mesi fa e mi è arrivata ieri. La borsa è stupenda e fatta bene. Non dò 5 stelle solo perché ci ha messo un po' troppo ad arrivare, tant'è che pensavo non sarebbe più arrivata e di essere stata truffata.

Shipping took ages and my bag broke after wearing it once... Definitely not worth it.

I received my bag today and i can truly say it was worth the wait. Will be ordering again soon! Also goes with all my outfits. The little chain that comes with it is perfect. Thank you😍😍😍

Rarely do you find a company whereby the quality of their products and the service received are both of the same high quality
Today I took delivery of a beautiful handbag but to my dismay it was slightly damaged
I contacted Femni ( Rhys ) who replied within minutes, apologised, confirmed that a replacement was being sent and I did not need to return the original bag
To top it all I have also received a 15% discount off my next purchase…and there will most definitely be one
I could not have asked for more …well done Femni

I Love my Femni London bag. I ordered the Roma Crossbody and i love it. It came a little late due to covid, but I’m very happy overall. 💝 I will definitely shop here again

I purchased the green handbag, it arrived this morning, bag is amazing quality and looks exactly the same on the website.

Only disappointment is that delivery took longer than what the website stated.

But Over all, I’m happy with my order and will be ordering with you guys again!

I never got my wallet, there was no refund of money or another wallet, it was the worst thing that happened to me

Never leave reviews but think I need to warn others.

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and wanted to get a new bag as my previous one was old and from Wish. I didn’t want to buy another cheap one that I would need to wait weeks for from China so I decided to get it from Femni London, as it always came up as an ad on my IG & thought it would arrive quicker, as again, I thought it was being shipped from the UK.

I WAS WRONG.

£50 (used a discount code, would have been nearly £60 without it) for a bag that is in fact, drop shipped from China but 3x the price. Waited nearly a month for it to arrive, the tracking wasn’t helpful, customer service wasn’t helpful.

To top it all off, surprised I actually received it. When it did arrive, it looked like the knock off version of the one on the website. It’s either not white (like in the website picture) and in fact cream colour or like another person on here said, dirty or discoloured as there are marks on it as well. The buckles aren’t silver but are actually gold (again, like the picture)

In conclusion, this purchase was equal to the expectations vs reality meme. Except I’m not laughing and want my £50 BACK!

EDIT AS OWNER REPLIED -

I didn’t send an email to say it was defective because when I emailed the first time to ask where the bag was and wanted an explanation to why it was being shipped from China, I only received a vague reply to the first question.

I don’t want a replacement, I want a refund or at least a 50% refund, this was not a good experience nor a good quality bag to justify the price 😡

Absolute piece of crap such a horrible company, I order a bag that never turns up because apparently my address is too hard to find weeks later. Don’t waste your time at this joke of a place

Customer service is shocking. I have asked for a refund multiple times after my item has not arrived 4 weeks after buying it and been refused a refund as it has apparently been shipped however when given a tracking link it says in transit in China.

Ordered a bag on 19th May and still waiting!! It has been 3 weeks which is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for an order.
The tracking is all in Chinese so don’t even know what’s going on and when you message customer service you get a generic copy & paste reply which is not helpful.
Their website advises 1-2 weeks for UK orders however that is not true.
Don’t even know if I will ever receive my order so very disappointed in trusting an unknown business

2 Taschen bestellt, ein paar Tage später dann die Email, dass eine nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Ich möchte die gesamte Bestellung stornieren, das geht anscheinend nicht, da die andere Tasche schon unterwegs ist (obwohl ich gefragt wurde, ob ich eine andere Tasche haben möchte?. Später kommt dann beim Tracking raus, dass noch gar nichts verschickt war.
Als endlich ein Paket ankommt ist es dann noch eine Tasche, die ich nie bestellt habe.
Eigentlich bin ich nur damit beschäftigt mit dem Support hin und her zuschreiben.
Einziges Plus: das Geld für die ausverkaufte Tasche wurde schnell zurückerstattet. (Bin gespannt, wie es mit der zweiten Tasche und dem Versand ist - dieser soll im Fall einer falschen Lieferung anscheinend übernommen werden). Nie wieder, kostet nur Nerven.
