They were gracious and attentive during the preview. The online bidding also worked really well and they were very accommodating regarding scheduling delivery. It was my first experience purchasing with them and I will definitely continue to participate in their auctions.

Slow delivery process
I was disappointed with the length of time it took for my lot to dispatched and I had to chase it up. I know it was Christmas etc., but lack of update and delay unacceptable.
The staff I spke to on phone were polite and helpful.
