Awe Inspiring Customer Service
I have worked with them for over 2 years and they are absolutely spectacular. I never leave reviews but this level of customer service deserves to be applauded. I just sent Marcin an e-mail and I got a response back in 2 minutes and this has become the norm.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. We have dealt with them from number of years, they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and super fast. It's probably one of the best software to manage and help with feeds.

I signed up with Feedoptimise a few months ago and I am delighted the service. Marcin is always very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.
The Feedoptimise system is highly efficient. It allows you full control over your google shopping at a very attractive rate. Would highly recommend.

Wow, I can't recommend these guys enough.
I am a semi new client of Feedoptimise - since using them and being introduced to them 3 months ago I have moved 10 sites + and all our business here.
The CEO is one hell of a guy and super dedicated I needed something done urgently and Marcin took time out of his vacation voluntarily to get us setup, heck of guy and great company

Marcin clearly knows the technical aspects of product feeds very well (a contrast to working with other feed providers where the account manager are purely sales/can't troubleshoot issues with you). Can't beat them on value for money
Having worked with in-house feed solutions and various feed management companies I can safely say that from a value for money point of view you cannot beat FeedOptimise.
Marcin and the gang are great, there's none of this silly "this job will take 3 days" (when really it takes 3 hours) business, the guys usually turn most requests around in the same day!
All in all I would highly recommend FeedOptimise to both large and small-mid size businesses, they are a pleasure to work with and have helped us take all of our feed reliant channels to the next level.

Feed Optimise has made life easy!
Before using feed optimise, we used to have a difficult time managing feeds & manipulating data so it could be used on various channels. However, feed optimise technology has taken that all away all that and made it incredibly easy for us now!
Can't fault the service either - Feed Optimise has generated a few feeds for us and the turnaround is always quick and easy. Marcin is a pleasure to speak to and very efficient.
Highly recommended!
