Basically straightforward, but...
Basically straightforward, but annoying that having gone through the process of setting up an quote for labels on a roll, there is no mention of their minimum price until you try to place the order. Having quoted a price to a committee, I then needed to go back through and change to less convenient sheet labels to fit within the budget.

Had a mini issue where we had inputted the wrong address, they sent out a new order at no extra cost and were super quick and efficient with dealing with the issue :)

Contacted 15 different label printing companies at the same time, FP were the quickest to respond and quickest to come back with the right product, qty and a quote. the prices are comparable to other businesses. received great support from Joe and Jodie. I have not yet received the product, however the proof seems to be ok.
