Eccellente la consulenza aiuto e professionalità

HO PARTECIPATO AL FARMINA GENUIS DOVE A FRONTE DELL'INSERIMENTO DI 12 CODICI DI SACCHI CROCCHETTE, NE VENIVA DATO UNO IN OMAGGIO.
BEH DOPO UNA SETTIMANA, DOPO MILLE SCUSE IL SACCO NON E' ANCORA ARRIVATO. L'ASSISTENZA INVENTA SCUSE ASSURDE. MA LA SERIETA' DELL' AZIENDA DOVE?

Ho acquistato un sacco da 5kg di Nd Farmina kitten merluzzo gamberetti e melone cantalupo, dopo un gg sento uno strano odore che mi stonava e la gattina non ne ha mangiato molto. Era completamente avariato. Risultato gatto con problemi allo stomaco e intestino fino ad ora spesi 600 euro e neanche mi hanno rimborsata. Il motivo??? Ho travasato il tutto in sacchi più piccoli per comodità (ma che avevano contenuto lo stesso cibo) e avevo tagliato quello grande. Sinceramente fosse stato per le crocchette( 55 euro) potevo anche essere arrabbiata ma tutto il dolore, e la paura di perderla anche no. Vergogna.

Non è la solita IA o un bot. Il personale Farmina risponde in chat con rapidità e gentilezza a dubbi e domande, prepara anche un quadro descrittivo dell'amico a quattro zampe (età, peso, abitudini, condizioni di salute ecc..) e propone un piano nutrizionale adeguato. Il mio barboncino segue una dieta gastrointestinale su prescrizione del vet e per questo utilizza i prodotti Vetlife.

Ringrazio Farmina per questa innovativa iniziativa. Voglio difatti precisare che sono stato io stesso a chiedere di poter esternarevuna positiva recensiine... tutta meritata. Ringrazio soprattutto l'operatrice (credo si chiamasse Apollonia) con la quale ho parlato, che è stata chiara, paziente e soprattutto preparata. È riuscita con chiarezza a farmi comprendere le potenzialità di questa iniziativa, e a chiarirmi alcuni dubbi che avevo sulla nutrizione delle mie due gatte. Congratulazioni per l'organizzazione, che permette al cliente di sentirsi seguito da persone preparate e disponibili. Bravi !!!

Il problema non è stato risolto. Partecipo al programma farmina e non mi hanno inserito un codice di un sacco perché scaduto da 4 giorni, e da nessuna parte dice che il codice non può essere scaduto, ho parlato con una consulente che mi ha dato anche della stupida perchè non capivo secondo lei la procedura. Mi hanno chiuso il ticket senza aver risolto il problema. Molto delusa e poca professionalità da un marchio così importante. Inoltre l'ultimo sacco aperto emane un fortissimo odore ed i croccantini sono diversi, mi auguro non facciano male al cane se no davvero prendo provvedimenti

J’ai passé une commande le 01/12/2025 pour un montant total de 137 € (hors remise).
Le paiement a été encaissé immédiatement, début décembre.
Après presque un mois d’attente, j’ai reçu une livraison partielle seulement (deux petits sacs).
J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises :
aucune réponse claire,
aucun délai communiqué,
aucune solution proposée,
aucun remboursement effectué.
Aujourd’hui, plus d’un mois après le paiement, la situation est la suivante :
argent encaissé,
service client silencieux,
argent non remboursé.
Cela ressemble clairement à une arnaque.
Un tel niveau de mépris du client est inacceptable, surtout pour une marque censée être sérieuse.

Habe Puppy Mini bestellt und Puppy Maxi bekommen. Puppy Maxi könnt ich mir auch im lokalen Tierbedarfsshop kaufen, da brauch ich nicht zu bestellen. Habe es dann sofort gemeldet, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen hab ich mit PayPal bestellt - Gott sei Dank.
Auch bei PayPal haben sie sich nicht gemeldet und darum wurde der Fall zu unseren Gunsten entschieden.
Werde das Futter nun spenden und bzgl einem andren Futter umschauen

I had a very bad experience with Farmina Shop UK. I was charged for items that were shown as in stock on their website, only to later find out the items were actually out of stock. Nearly 20 days later, I still have not received my refund, which is around £50.
Customer service is completely unresponsive. I have sent multiple messages and received no proper reply. A coach named Helena replied me via WhatsApp claiming that the refund was being processed, but this was clearly not true as no refund has arrived and there has been no follow-up communication at all.
Taking customers’ money for out-of-stock items and then ignoring them is unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point, I am starting a legal complaint to recover my money.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this shop unless you are prepared to chase your own refund and deal with zero customer support.

Professionalità e competenza

COMPANY SELLING DANGEROUS PET FOOD. NO QUALITY CONTROL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We received whole bag of pet food that had only 4 months left on the expiration date. This product has been sitting on their inventory for close to 2 years before sending the product out to us. We were concerned and reached out to customer service. First, they said it's fine so just feed it to our pet. That is a huge RISK for our pet. This isn't a catnip or whatever that will be fine if its close or past expiration date. This is food. Main food for our pet. When we told them this is unacceptable and we can't use up the whole bag before the expiration date and we want a refund. They said they only will refund if we pay for shipping back to them which is about the same price as the bag of the food.
This isn't about the dumb 35$. This is about the principle. And if the company wants to rip off 35$ for their unsellable dangerous pet food, so be it. You just lost a customer of few years.
This is for our pets. This is food. This is DANGEROUS. Very questionable of the integrity of their product if this is how they think and handle these quality control issues.

I’ve been using Farmina for years with my previous cat and now with my two kitties who are two years old.

I’ve been using Farmina Urinary wet food for cats for about one year with them but, recently the food had a different consistency and my cats would hardly eat it, where before it wouldn’t last 5 minutes after I put it down. I also noticed after they ate it their stool was a little loose.

Farmina keeps saying this is normal and their consistency isn’t always the same, except it has been the same for one year.

And on top of that their customer service has been awful. They don’t even sign a name to their email responses and it’s apparent after this last email that they just don’t care. They said I should work with the pet store.

I was hoping for an assurance that the food would be as it has been all along, but nothing like that at all was even mentioned.

I had recommended this food to many of my friends but now it seems I will have to find a different food.

I had trusted Farmina but now not feeling the same amd truly disappointed.
