Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht
Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht. Einen solchen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es gibt keinen !
Ich wollte eine Rechnung für meine letzte Bestellung, alle vier Kontaktversuche über eMail, Chat, Telefon sind gescheitert.
Als Katzenpension bestelle ich für gewühnlich über Zwischenhändler aber ab und zu auch direkt bei der Firma. Ich werde meinen Kunden dieses Futter nicht mehr empfehlen. Mittlerweile zweifel ich auch an der Qualität, denn beim Discouter wird für die 20 Cent Dose mehr Kundenservice geboten. Wo es einmal hakt, kann es genauso an der Qualität haken. Ich zahle gerne mehr aber auch das Drumherum muss stimmen. Ich unternehme noch einen letzten Versuch, da ich die Rechnung für mein Unternehmen benötige.
UPDATE 25.02.2026
Ich habe heute die Standardantwort gelesen und finde es mittlerweile nur noch zum lachen. Genau diese Adresse hat mir Herr L. der Breeder Manager bereits gegeben und auch dort bekommt man keine Antwort, bzw. das Postfach ist garnicht zu erreichen.
Mittlerweile habe ich telefonisch die Rechnung angefordert, diese soll angeblich Ende des Monats erstellt werden. Wir dürfen gespannt sein,
Im übrigen hat mich die Dame dreist am Telefon belogen und behauptet, sie hätte auf meine emails geantwortet. Ich habe keinerlei Antwort bekommen und da ich jahrelang im Online Bereich einer Bank tätig war, kann es auch nicht im Nirwana verschwunden sein. Im übrigen habe ich mich inzwischen ausführlich mit dem Futter und den Bewertungen , auch den Logistik-Bewertungen, informiert. Was ich alles gelesen habe, kann man demnächst auf meiner Hompage des Katzenhotels nachlesen. Zu gutem Futter gehört weit mehr als eine Zutatenliste. Auch die Herstellung, die Sorgfalt und Sauberkeit. Nun, vielleicht ist das bei der Firma so aber der neueste Standort weckt Zweifel in mir. Meine persönliche Meinung.

Spoiled food, terrible customer service.
Food was spoiled and had a foul, rancid smell. Called customer service to report the issue. Originally spoke to Chris, who indicated, he would check with the owner and call me back the next day, however never heard from him. Followed up a couple days laterand spoke to Lacey. Felt she was very unprofessional, not friendly, and seemed preoccupied with other matters while listening to the concerns about possible contamination of the product especially when I shared concerns that an animal could get very sick, or perhaps die from a contaminated product. I will never purchase anything FARMINA again.

When I first feeded cod orange grain…
When I first feeded cod orange grain free dry to my Maltese I was enthusiastic as I noticed nice hair as he has long hair and energy, that badge was made in Italy. This happened in Greece then I returned in London and I had to order online so the two badges that came were both made in Serbia. I noticed lethargy, the coat dry and overall no matter what the company suggests that they make checks I believe the quality is lower therefore, I will have to change food and that’s a pity . I think is better a company to avoid more earnings because they end with much less clients than what they would have if they continued correct production.
Update: To reply to the review I didn’t move. We are living in London and were in Greece for the summer so that doesn’t matter. Also I emailed to Italy customer support in the near past and received no answer and is a little disappointing seeing such a quick answer here . Thanks

Avevo già acquistato da loro sotto consiglio del mio veterinario. I primi due pacchi bene... Nell ultimo sono usciti pezzi di masse informe, spugnose e indefinite. E Al mio chiedere spiegazioni?? Spariti!! Ne una infornazione ne un messaggio do scuse. Eppure le loro crocchette non costano così poco. SApete incassare ma non potete rispondere a un dubbio di una cliente!!???? Mi spiace solo non poter condividere con voi le foto di ciò che ho trovato al loro interno. Sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!

Délais de remboursement atroce
Depuis le mois de décembre, mon programme de livraison a été interrompu. Par erreur, j’ai été livrée avec des croquettes adultes au lieu de puppy.
Depuis décembre, j’attends toujours mon remboursement. Entre-temps, on m’a proposé de souscrire à un nouveau plan à 200 €, sans que l’ancien, pourtant déjà réglé, ne soit remboursé.
Je trouve cette situation inacceptable, surtout pour une marque qui se positionne comme premium.
Pire encore, la commerciale me répond de manière sarcastique, ce qui est totalement déplacé face à un problème non résolu depuis plusieurs mois.
Très grande déception.

Concernant le remboursement, celui-ci a bien été effectué vendredi soir. Nous vous invitons à vérifier votre compte bancaire, les délais d’apparition pouvant varier selon les établissements.
Vous indiquez également avoir reçu des croquettes adultes au lieu de croquettes puppy. Après vérification, le programme de nutrition validé lors de votre commande incluait bien des produits destinés aux chiens adultes. L’envoi correspondait donc aux éléments sélectionnés au moment de la commande.
Cela étant, à la suite de votre message, nous vous avons contactée directement afin d’interrompre le programme et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la gestion de votre dossier.
Enfin, nous tenons à préciser que nos échanges par e-mail ont été réguliers et que chacune de vos sollicitations a bien reçu une réponse de notre part. De notre côté, aucun appel téléphonique n’a été enregistré.
Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour toute question complémentaire et souhaitons pouvoir rétablir votre confiance.
