Haven't ordered from them in about a year but I used to consistently order large amounts. Lots of payment options, absolutely spectacular customer service and product is shipped out usually same day. It's basically the amazon prime for this type of product

Exit scammed. This guy took payments and disappeared.

Terrible. My package was delivered to wrong address by UPS. This company just told me I was on my own with UPS. They wouldn’t even contact UPS to help. Stay away from these people

Literally their name, fantastic! Got order out and shipped and was delivered within 24hrs of placing the order. As others have mentioned, bought from them when another vendor (TD) just vanished. Something is up with this other vendor, changing payment methods and shipping has fallen apart. They're selling products they don't even have in stock but don't mention that. Multiple times an overnight order took 4, 5 days or more. These guys, on time, Everytime. When time and reliability matter, I'm always going with fanTIAstic.

Helped me out immensely when another vendor (TD) took my order and basically ghosted me…. All this a few days before I left on a trip. I told fantiastic of my issue with the other vendor, but we’re not surprised as they said countless others have been getting screwed recently. They went above and beyond with getting my order out the same day and to my hotel by the next day. Unlike the other vendor (TD), Fantiastic replied to my texts and emails. They are good people and have a new customer.

My 1st time ordering from these guys and it was all easy and fast. Shipp d out fast and delivered fast and product is great. Will be ordering again.

I need 2 knee replacements. Both of my knees are bone on bone. I am in constant pain. When researched correctly, FanTIAstic sodium has taken 90% of my pain away. I can’t believe it! I actually have a normal gait and I was able to go up and down a flight of stairs today with 90% less pain. I had no problems ordering, I did not need customer service and my order shipped same day USPS first class and I received it in just a few days. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer.

All the products are always amazing. Great customer service, incredibly fast to provide order confirmation and always responds to me if I have any questions. Even the slower USPS shipping was surprisingly fast. I think it's because they get your order ready and shipped so fast. Very friendly and professional!

I took Fantiastic for granted. They’ve been out of sodium for a little bit and I’ve had to try other companies. Huge mistake. Been a waste of money every time. Fantastic has alway been on time, friendly and delivered quality product. I can even tell you how many times I’ve used this company and been satisfied every single time. I’m sure you’ll see bad reviews by pissed off people but I’m here to tell you these guys are legit and probably the best in the business right now. Please hurry and stock the sodium, I miss you guys soooooo much!!!

This company is by far the best to order from. The customer service is outstanding and the products are the best out there. Don’t hesitate to order from here if you have any doubts.

So after a couple of successful orders with these guys I can absolutely say that this place is legit. They always fulfill the same day shipping promise, and the product does exactly what it's supposed to do. My only gripe is that sometimes messages I send are ignored. Case in point: I had a problem with the signature required option being selected for UPS last time, and that lead to the driver leaving instead of leaving the package at my door. So the next time I asked to that they make sure the option isn't selected this time and to send me a confirmation email letting me know that they made sure, and I never heard anything back, but I still got my package the next day and all that good stuff, etc.

I have been conducting research with Tianeptine for several years. I have tried all of the quality vendors out there.

FanTiastic continues to top them all & simply soars above them.

I've been ordering from them almost exclusively for 6 months - and it's been a tremendous 6 months.

Recently, due to wanting a Saturday Delivery order. I tried my old vendor. And they just do not even come close to stacking up to Fantiastic. And this prior vendor is still quality. It just simply does not come close Fantiastic's sodium.

If you're a researcher like myself. And value consistency & purity over everything. Look no further than Fantiastic.

Also, I have not been able to get anywhere close to the research results I have with anywhere else. And for many many years at that.

I'm so glad I rediscovered Fantiastic months ago.

There's simply no other choice.

The only possible knock against them which isn't in their control. Is they don't offer Saturday Delivery outside of USPS Express. But apparently even that will change for the better soon.

Lastly, customer service is great. They respond super quickly and help with any issues right away.

It's clear that this is a vendor who genuinely cares to provide quality product. And unfortunately, that's extremely rare.

Only place I go to for tianeptine.. fast shipping, consistently great product. I have ordered once a week for the last couple years, and have always had a great professional experience

Who are you people who give these great reviews? I guess if shipping and packaging are your thing I get it, but I made my first purchase from this company and tried it 4 times. NOTHING. I am 71 and 95 lbs. and I took 150 mgish.. maybe more. NOTHING. I'm glad I didn't spend more. Who knows what I actually swallowed.

Terrible company. I ordered 2 grams and received 1.5, I was spoken down to by the "customer support" and the owner refused to take accountability for his mistake, he insisted that it's my fault 25% of my order was missing. He said that the only possible reason for the missing half gram was that when I poured it into my container to scale it that I must've magically lost a half gram. I would've noticed if I spilled/lost half a gram, or if the bag retained some. Half a gram of tianeptine powder is a pretty easy to see amount. This business is run by an unprofessional, rude adult who acts like a child. Do not order from them. There are much better tianeptine vendors out there such as tianeptine depot, top tianeptine, nootropicsource, and synaptex. Of course any business would be better than this one, if you can even call this a business. If you order from them they'll short you, and they'll be rude to you when you confront them about it. They actually ignored my first few emails about the situation, I had to send several over the course of a day before getting a response. Funny enough, every email I sent before ordering got a reply within 30 minutes. This is a rinkydink operation probably being run out of someone's house, the owner runs his own customer support and he's extremely rude. He told me and I quote "You weren't even supposed to get that discount you got because that was only for our current customers", and the funny thing is that anyone who has an account gets a monthly email with a discount code. IIRC they even put the discount code on the website. He spoke down to me for ordering only two grams, saying "Look I don't have time to argue with you about a 2g order". He ended his last email with "I won't be responding anymore to you, so don't bother replying". In conclusion, the owner is extremely unprofessional, he's purposefully sending less than what you order and he just wants your money. Also, the tianeptine from this business is trash, it's very poor quality. It's definitely cut with something. Funny enough, in this guys reply to this review he says we "discussed it". In reality he ignored several emails about the issue and when he finally got annoyed enough to respond, he immediately jumped the gun and replied that it's not possible AT ALL that it was short on their end, because they double check the weights before sending it out. I do believe they probably double check the weights, because I don't believe they shorted me on accident. And what are the odds that the bag retains a perfect half gram? Even if it wasn't intentional and you guys have a messed up scale or something, you're still in the wrong. You clearly don't care about your "mistake" because of the way you've acted regarding this entire situation, and the things you've said. Ignoring multiple emails about what happened was the first red flag, immediately defending yourself and saying that it's 100% impossible you guys shorted me was the second. Talking down to me for ordering 2 grams was the third. Trying to say that I shouldn't have had that discount was the fourth. And lying about us "discussing it" in your reply was the 5th. If this was "poor business management" bingo i'd have just finished a bingo card.

I’ve placed 3 orders now with fanTIAstic. I have had such a smooth and easy experience each and every time. All of my orders came early and the packaging was secure and product was quality. Highly recommend.

Amazing Company, always does right by me. Although if you want to do the next Day Air I suggest not doing it on a Friday afternoon because it will be Monday before you get it. But again this is my fault not theirs. Anyway this is a trustworthy source!
