We have been using Synaptex for over three years now. I believe this will be the second review I will have posted. In that period of time, no company has come close to the consistency, quality or availability than they have. They are also top notch shipping for shipping costs (often free) and speed in shipments to our location in the Midwest. Above all else however, is the customer service I have received over the years is unrivaled by any company of any product on the internet!

I don't normally write a lot of reviews. But I wanted to make sure that other people that are thinking of using this company as opposed to some of the others that offer similar products see my experience. I first of all, want to say that the quality of the product is great. I purchased tieneptine sodium. If you're in the market for this product, whether it be sodium or sulfate etc, you probably already know that a lot of companies can be kind of hard to deal with-you have to jump through hoops to pay them. The customer service can be lacking if it's there at all. And i've even heard stories of people just not getting their product. When I ordered initially, unfortunately, fedex really dropped the ball. Not only did they mess up on my two day shipping but my package was lost or stolen because I couldn't be home when they finally did deliver it. Customer service at synaptex not only kept in contact with me and were very quick about this, they ended up overnighting me a new package ( fedex messed that up too ha ha) I was very impressed with the fact that they were willing to do that. They have also provided me with a couple of discount codes that help pay back for the cost of shipping.And that is also very much appreciated. They are s professional company, their website is easy to navigate and they don't play games. So all of that in addition to the quality of the product means that I will definitely continue purchasing my products from Synaptex. The closest competitor I can think of tianeptine source, even though they are slightly cheaper, doesn't come close to the level of customer service. There were a few times I even felt a bit rushed or like they were annoyed with me plus unlike with tieneptine source,I don't have to jump through the hoops of using venmao and sending it at a certain time and writing notes and all of that stuff. With synaptex I can just use a regular debit card, which is great.

Easy to order, fast service, great product offerings! I'm a long time customer and will remain so. 👍🏻 👍🏻

Great customer service
Response with email communication is nothing to complain about but I can't help but wonder after over a year doing business with them, that Trump is causing a slight decline in the quality of one of their flagship products, so no fault on their part. Prompt shipping, easy payment and I still must say that they are my go to guys for my research, along with another I use for backup Trump needs to stop his tariff nonsense because it's backfiring and hurting not helping very much of anything. But thank you very much people!

The product is terrible/bad purity. I have went through many many vendors for tian sodium. The quality of theirs is by far the worse of any i have gone through. Anyone reading this that knows, stay away from these guys. It will not be what you are trying to get.

Being the first review I've ever made here I gotta say the service is outstanding along with high quality products. Shipping is fast enough for me.
For anyone who needs a bit of advice,
take 350-500mg of acetaminophen 20 minutes prior to any analysis to assist in achieving appropriate results. Always helps with any headaches which may interfere otherwise.

I've been with them for about 5 months now. And hands down the best product, shipping and customer service. The only thing I have to say was I was disappointed with the latest supply issue but they kept open communication and so glad things are back! Shipped out same day even though I ordered 1 minute from their deadline. Chris is the best!
