I don’t normally write reviews but I really felt like I had to . Trying to organise a hen do filled me with dread if I’m honest but dealing with Fantastic Weekends was such a great experience from beginning to end , I can’t thank the team and Charlotte enough for everything they did to help make it such a special and memorable weekend - thank you so much

Booked my sisters hen do with Jackie through fantastic weekends for 15 girls in Newcastle and can honestly say we weren’t disappointed!
From start to finish it’s was the most easy, stress free process. Jackie has gone above and beyond to answer every question and worry I had along the way. Spending time to go through every detail and making sure everything was just right. From accommodation, to activity’s for the daytime and evening! Every detail was catered for. Communication of the full process was amazing. Thank you so much for making my sisters hen memorable Jackie ❤️ would highly recommend.

So easy and stress free! Booked a hen weekend to Cardiff and was so impressed! I was worried about the pressure of organising a hen do but it was made super easy! Friendly helpful staff, lovely hotel, amazing activities and we all had a great time! Would defo book another hen do through them!

I just HAD to come on here and write a review for these fabulous guys.
We had the most amazing hen weekend, stress free. Ursula sorted everything down to the last detail. The bride was over the moon and had the Hen she had always dreamed of! I was a little wary after booking and seeing some negative reviews, however everything was perfect and everything we had organised went ahead.
I would highly recommend this company if you want a fun, stress free Hen or Stag. Thank you so much guys xx

Fabulous Weekend!!

Recently got back from a weekend in Paris, all organised by Fantastic Weekends, Charlotte listened to our ideas and thoughts and put together the perfect package. 14 of us travelled and all had the best time. The admin team were very quick to respond and helpful with any questions i had.

Great value for money also we had a jam packed weekend.

I will certainly be back for any future weekends I need to plan, and would definitley recommend. Thank you again to everyone at Fantastic Weekends.

Went to a hen do arranged by Fantastic Weekends in May, was an amazing weekend and everything had been thought about. The house we rented was amazing and the activities we had were second to none! Would definitely use Fantastic Weekends again.

I booked my best friends hen weekend with Jackie and I just want to say we had the most amazing time! Jackie spent time to make sure we had everything organised and she went above and beyond to make make sure we didn’t have to do anything. Regular contact and instant responses keep us up to date on the process too. She made it simple to organise for a group of high maintenance friends!

If you are looking for a disastrous and stressful weekend away, this is the company for you!

We booked an exciting hen weekend away with this company back in January for a hen weekend taking place on 9th July.

With 2 days to go and excessive ignored phone calls and emails, we were finally sent the complete itinerary.

With more than enough notice to book "a fabulous 5* hotel (2 guests per room), two course Italian Meal, bottomless brunch and guest list entry to various clubs" at a cost of £265 per person (travel excluded) this was the very opposite of what this company had booked for us.

A "fabulous 5* hotel" consisted of 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) in a apartment hotel (which was never cleaned) for 2 nights!

A two course Italian meal which was PIZZA EXPRESS!!

We had to call various restaurants to see availability for this to be changed (a group of 12 ladies with 2 days notice for a Saturday night was near-on impossible). However we found a very nice restaurant that we asked the company to change for us. They insisted they wouldn't do this but however will change this to Bella Italia (slightly better but unacceptable for a hen-do). With the restaurant already pre-paid we went along with it. The Saturday Night arrives and we take taxi's to the Bella Italia that was stated in the itinerary to find out it was CLOSED and the actual reservation was a 30 minute drive away! This resulted to us having to take taxi's back to our hotel and spend £130 on dominos (which no doubt will never be reimbursed).

The exciting bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini's arrives. We sit down and enjoy various cocktails, excited for the food to arrive to be told by Dirty Martini that they had not received our pre-order and therefore can only give us what was remaining in the kitchen. We had various Vegetarian and gluten free diners in the group that could not be catered for (this was no fault to the venue). Another let down by FANTASTIC WEEKENDS.

I will never EVER use or recommend this company and I urge you to find another provider.

This company should be renamed to "DISASTROUSWEEKENDS.COM"

Here it is as promised. When our main activity was cancelled with 3 weeks to go you’d have thought that this company would do all they can to arrange a replacement quickly. Yet this didn’t happen. It took weeks to confirm the booking of a replacement after having to chase numerous times. I was advised by staff that emails would be looked at in chronological order - which would be fine and absolutely reasonable if our activity wasn’t cancelled late and we were quickly trying to arrange another. Absolutely no urgency, they made this the most stressful experience it could possibly have been. I was left having to make contact in the days/day before the hen and even had to call while we were there!! As well as having to chase for confirmation of our new booking I had to chase and chase for the refund we were rightfully due. One day in to our hen do this finally arrived despite asking for it for two weeks prior. This was money to be spent while on the hen to make up for activity time lost.
If you’d like an unreliable company which you’ll need to chase on daily basis to get anything done, enjoy continuous failure to make contact (when promised) and leave you out of pocket then Fantastic Weekends are the one for you.
I don’t doubt that they’ll make excuses about being short staffed but staff leaving don’t make it okay to treat your customers like this.

I love the way you’ve made up for these awful reviews by adding some of your own. I do hope that any potential customers are smart enough to see through this.

When I was asked to be my best friends "Maid of Honour" I was so excited, but then panic began to set in about arranging the hen party. However, after speaking to Ursula and the team all of this soon disappeared, the excitement was back and the countdown started!! 6 of us went to Bournemouth for the weekend, the hotel was in the perfect location, on arrival we had our Afternoon Tea with prosecco in the gardens which are beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Saturday we used the hotel's Spa facilities which again were perfect, in the afternoon we had our "Cocktail Masterclass" which was at Level8ight Sky Bar. This was an amazing afternoon where there were great views across Bournemouth, the cocktail making was a lot of fun, the staff were some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with, plus we spent a good few hours here after! I recommend this to anyone that stays in Bournemouth. In the evening we had a booth booked with a cocktail tree at Aruba, again this was great fun where we stayed until the early hours, without Fantastic Weekends we would of never enjoyed this weekend like we did. Anyone that has the job of booking hen/stag parties, use these guys, you will not be disappointed!

Hotel was absolutely beautiful the company fantastic weekends managed to get us a free upgrade :)
All places they booked us where expecting us and service was spot on.

Booked a large hen party with fantastic weekends to Belfast
Very enjoyable weekend everything was organised through them activities and accommodation no issues also Easy payment methods.
Both ursula and Lee were very helpful from the start of booking with them.
Would definitely recommend the company for organising a large group.

I booked a stag weekend through Fantastic Weekends from 9th June to 12th June 2023
The booking process was made very easy by their knowledgeable staff who took my ideas and created the package.

Even when our accommodation fell through a few weeks before they were quick to offer suggestions and even a goodwill gesture towards the new accommodation even though it wasn't their fault.

12 of us went and all enjoyed the activities and would definitely recommend

Great trip away, communication was brilliant from the staff and they were always helpful, I would recommend

Everything was amazing well worth the money cocktail class was so good enjoyed by all

I would literally urge anybody organising a hen/stag/birthday party for a large amount of people to go through this company. They were superb from start to finish. We had 25 ladies on a hen party to York, 2 night stay in 4 star hotel, cocktail making, 2 course meal, dance class and a bottomless brunch.
Cannot rate them enough ****

We booked through this firm for my friends stag. They provide a package and were happy to tailor the package to our needs (i.e. arranging the activities when it suited us). We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, with buggy rides, quad bikes, clay pigeon shooting and more. They also arranged for guest list entry into several clubs. I would definitely recommend to others

Had the best hen weekend, fully organised by all at fantastic weekends, good communication before the weekend, very flexible,all the transfers were on time or early, the staff great, the venues expecting us and the party bus a real highlight. Cant recommend them highly enough!
