Fantastic weekends!! Amazing company to book with

From The start to the end they were always at hand and. Quick to reply and sort out any questions we had

We went for my friends hen party 18 of us
And I would Highly recommend butlers in the buff!!! They truly made the party start at 10am!! We we 2 of them for 2 hours and they come with a twist and the life Drawing and the chef

We had the chef in the last night and it was perfect timing after a busy weekend of activities

We will def use fantastic weekend again

Lee was excellent very helpful with what I feel was a difficult task accommodating all of our needs.
Always replied promptly and went above and beyond to help find the best options to suit everyone’s needs with budget.
Unfortunately I was unable to book due to people dropping out however should I need anything like this again I would definitely use this company (Lee) again and would recommend this to others.

We didn’t book with Fantastic Weekends in the end due to change of plans within the Hen group, but the initial contact was really useful, and the package they put together looked amazing. Lee was super helpful and great to deal with. Thanks!

This company advertised a product as part of our weekend that they could not deliver.
Imagine someone says “full weekend for £500, including ticket to Glastonbury”, and then says can’t get you Glastonbury anymore cause the festival won’t sell to us, here’s £50 back.. and you’re left with £450 for a naff package. This is how they operate. They won’t give us our £1000 deposit back quoting their Ts and Cs and supplier change in ways of working (which has been investigated directly with supplier and proven not to be true). Watch out for them and their “deals”. Be skeptical of positive reviews.

Our package is now rubbish value and we were set to spend over £6k with them for 20 people! I asked to just cancel our entire booking so we could sort it ourselves they were really hard work about the whole thing. I'm now going through Trading Standards to get money back - not ideal when handling money for over 20 people. Shame because initially they were really responsive. They’ll tell you every negative review is inaccurate and their replies are exactly like the tone of their customer service - rude.

Even though we didn’t end up booking our party with fantasticweekends, the manager was massively helpful with providing various quotes, sending over lots of pictures of our options, and checking in to see how planning was going. He was very easy to talk to, and made things really clear and simple for us. Thank you!

The team at Fabtastic Weekends were fantastic from start to finish. They took the stress out of organising quite a last minute surprise 21st birthday weekend and helped make the celebrations really memorable. I couldn’t have pulled it off without them!
