Delivery was great however the garments were tutus and even after over an hour ironing each one out the grills just remained scrunched up and we were unable to wear them unfortunately

I would have given 5 but when the bullwhip arrived - bearing in mind this was for a child - it was lethal. Heavy adult whip with buttons on the end. a six year old could have taken his eye out.

Your website has a great selection of costumes. BIGGEST NEGATIVE however is that having already spent £12 on delivery that when I came to return items which didn’t fit I was horrified that it cOst a further £13 to send back. DEFINITELY not acceptable and you should provide free returns or MININAL return costs. Would think twice about ordering again therefore for this reason Only!

Excellent helpful service checking sizes for both of us, husband 6ft 1" and wife considerably smaller, great outfits that really took the party by storm especially as it was so hot the hosts decided not to bother dressing up, so the only two beautiful babes in blue, Trolley Dolly's were us! Great fun party with applause for our outfits, tanned bodies, and great legs!

Hadn't used Fancy Dress Ball before but they had just what I wanted.
had a difficulty completing online payment but called and the customer assistant was extremely helpful and the sale was completed.
The produce arrived when they said it would and it matched the description and looked good. So much so that I won the evenings best fancy dress award!!!!
