We have used Trent Hobden as a conveyancer 3 times in the past few years, after originally crossing paths when buying a new build property. He has dealt with some complex and at times problematic property purchases for us and you will not find someone who is more thorough, patient when you have questions and who always goes above and beyond to get the best outcome for everyone. We had one of the worst selling experiences anyone could wish for. It was complicated by the unreasonable demands of the buyers, and the very short timescale. Trent was with us every step of the way and given the extremely stressful circumstances we could not have wished to have had a better solicitor/person on our side.

Fairweather Law recently helped me with the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house. I have previously owned 2 other properties, but sales have been private/between family - I've therefore never experienced the 'full process' myself. Good Lord, was I in for a surprise! Under extreme pressure to get completed before the end of June (from the housebuilder) and with a very hard to deal with first time buyer I was really up against it. Jack gave me personal support and advice and stepped in to officiate between myself and the other side when needed and was on the receiving end of quite a few wobbly meltdowns from myself, but kept me focused and upbeat. I am extremely confident that without their support throughout this painful experience and pressure cooker situation, that we would have lost the house that we have bought.
