One of the best customer service…
One of the best customer service interactions I have had in years, so I had to come and write a review. I had been looking at their range and requested some free samples, which were sent out very promptly but I did just miss out on their summer sale deadline. I was disappointed on my part for not visiting their site sooner. However, I received an email a day or two after from Brian Merriman at Factory Flooring stating since I had requested the samples but had missed the deadline they would honour the discount. I was taken aback by such a thoughtful gesture. Not only that but when I explained I was busy with project and wouldn’t require it that week they delayed delivery a week so I could take delivery easier. Great product and customer service to match. I will definitely recommend this company and their staff and return for more flooring.

The tracking link provided states that more information is required.
Unfortunately, the courier is unable to complete delivery because the address provided is incomplete. The property name supplied does not appear on the Royal Mail address database for the street, which lists properties by house number.
If you contact us with your house number, or update the details through the tracking link, the samples should be able to be delivered.
We would normally happily resend samples where there is a delivery issue, but without a complete address we’re unable to do so.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope, given the circumstances, you might reconsider the 1-star rating.
