The parcel was not left at my property. I’d heard Evri were rubbish. I completely agree.
The parcel was not left at my property. The photo shows the parcel left against a wooden door/gate, situated on small stones against a grey wall with white drainpipes. I have none of these identifying features at my property. I have no small stones in my garden, no wooden gate, no grey walls as my walls are all bath stone and brick, and all my drainpipes are black.

We're sorry your samples didn't arrive with you but were misdelivered by the carrier. Whenever we are informed that any sample orders have been affected due to carrier performance we will always resend them. We hadn't heard from you, but have offer this to you.
While the courier failures have been outside our direct control, we understand that ultimately you place the order with us. However we do feel that this feedback was directed at EVRi and not us, and that it was left before informing us and without giving us the opportunity to resolve your issues which we would always do.

I needed to return the flooring. Whilst initially instructions to return seemed insurmountable the company instructed me in the return process. I have had pallet collected so let’s wait and see if all goes to plan!

We then have no record of any correspondence until the 05/09 when you requested a return. On 06/09 we sent you a return form which we have yet to receive back. And on 07/09 you leave this feedback. The worst company to deal with!!
The worst company to deal with!!!
Ordered a floor and only half of it arrived. I was promised by telephone that it would be delivered the next day and it didn’t arrive.
They said it had been damaged in transit and would sent another one out within 3 days. Of course it didn’t arrive. I called the telephone number but of course only sales can get through. Email only.
I eventually got through to Brian and then Jake (in sales) which I complained to and they promised that they would call me back. I didn’t receive a call back.
They have my money and I still have had no communication and no floor.
I strongly suggest you consider buying from these people.
Their excuse was I’ve emailed DX but they haven’t responded.

After receiving your order we advised of an expected date between 7th and 18th September - to allow for delays which can occur with imports. We understand that you did not wish to wait until the 18th and we cancelled at your request.

Love the laminate flooring I brought from here . The second lot I've had , excellent quality and value for money. Excellent customer service, I ordered my flooring but it wasn't in stock, they gave me a rough date , but I got a bit inpatient, so asked if they had anything else similar in stock , they showed me what they had , but it was a bit more expensive, but they did a straight swap at no extra charge to me & they delivered to my home with in three days . Excellent company wouldn't shop anywhere else for my flooring. Many thanks, very happy customer
