Extremely disappointed with the experience at Fabric ! They are rude and not having your cameras to click pictures with your friends is a total put off ! Felt like some kind of punishment to us !

Absolutely worst company I’ve dealt with. I asked for details of my order and said it’s been a week and all I got was “actually you made your order on the 5th so it’s not been a week” 🤬 how rude is that, and they still give me any details, I’ve spent £200 and now I’m worried I’m not going to get the items or my money back

Very disappointed.
Item was fake - had no leather trimming and dodgy stitching. Went to Prada store to verify and they confirmed that the model was released in 2018 and should have saffiano leather trimming.
Customer service defended the product however did not offer any insight on their "authentication" process or people and tried to make me feel like I'm crazy for trusting Prada. TBH it feels as if some kid or kids are running a flashy site selling to people that aren't as aware of how to spot fakes. I had to pay 15e to return the item and was not refunded my original 20e that I paid for shipping.
They also initially "couldn't find my package" after I had sent it back with tracking- all very suspicious.

In the end I was forced to pay 35e and go through multi hoops over the course of weeks to get reimbursed,
It is a shame, there are so many of these untrustworthy "authenticated" sites.

A fabric they advertised as 'organic cotton' turned out to be more like %20-%30 polyester (felt super silky and melted from a flame). Took several phone calls and enduring of snark to be reimbursed. Will avoid this company in the future.

I ordered 4 yards of material- the web site aid it was available and in stock.
They charged my credit card, then told me my item was out of stock and that they were canceling the order. That was a week ago. No refund, no fabric, and their website shows the same 4 yards as “available “.
I will never buy anything from them.

I would not recommend this company! I placed an order on July 19, 2022 for two items. I was messaged they were out of one of the items. They did ship the item they did have in stock. However, I paid with my debit card through PayPal and now 25 days later still have not received my refund for the item they were out of. I have contacted them multiple times just to get a run around and told it is pending! Meanwhile, the money came out of my checking account on July 22!

It came earlier than expected. The pattern is pretty cool!

I am not a robot! I ordered pillows and then read the reviews! After reading the reviews...I was like ohhhh crap I'm not going to get my pillows!!! So I ordered them from Amazon! Well a week later I received them! I'm going to send Amazon's back! They are just as described! I did receive them!

I have NEVER been successful ordering from this company. The site will let you add fabric..pay for it… then send you an email saying it’s outta stock. This was my 3rd attempt.. placed and canceled order 7-11… 7-26 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 50.18!

The security take us super aggressively out and they were nearly break my friend arm ,my face has been smashed by security and my Jaw bone has been smashed to floor.

There were 14 security around us and we and none of others had any idea what is the reason to do this us.

We are not racist or we have no any particular reason to have anything like that.

But we feel like we been attacked and droppp all the way back to our feelings and treated as hell.

Now I am at home and to be honest thinking what do I have done,as I am a community worker as well I do dwliver food for free for people who need.

So I am trying my best but it looks like without any reason,you can be attacted.

Not sure what is going on in london but this is definetely a bad example how to restart parties or whatever.

I recently made a purchase and didn't care for it. The photo online looked like a much smaller pattern. I asked to return the fabric and they refunded my money promptly.

I am disappointed in fabricti.com I made a order on 31/12/2021 I still have not received any goods 😢 and emailed weekly to be told wait 7 business days 😢 I will be going to the bank to have a full refund as this has gone on long enough,I also will be making a legal claim as it must be a scam.please do not buy from this store online it will save you money in the long run.

I have no complaints about the fabric. My issue is with the company not refunding me on my returns. I have a small business and buy frequently from them. Sometimes I send fabric back. Refunds are supposed to be within 5-7 days, but I have been waiting 5-8 weeks. CS is nice and say they escalate my requests for refunds, but nothing ever happens. So I have lost the fabric, paid my credit card, and no refunds yet. Beware!

I have made several purchases from fabric.com and there is no consistency in how they cut the fabric. When I order a yard of fabric, I expect to receive one yard/36". Instead about half the fabric I've gotten has been cut on a diagonal that measures 36" on one edge and 34" on another, the the rest of the fabric only measure 34"!!! Such a waste of my money! I gave 2 stars because I actually love the fabric.

I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage.i was having issue while return but their company customer is great

I ordered a “bolt” of white Kona brand cotton. Instead of arriving on a nice Kona labels bolt, it arrived flat and badly folded. In that condition it was utterly unusable, and I’m not even convinced it is really Kona brand.

Each of my orders of upholstery velvet (see exact product list below) and other fabric has arrived on time and exactly as described. In fact, one of my most recent purchases came in the mail last week and is actually much thicker and more beautiful than a swatch of the "Solstice Vintage Velvet" upholstery velvet from Rove Concepts (designer furniture), which is the fabric I was trying to match. I'm happy to report that I'll be using the Richloom velvet from fabric.com instead of the much more expensive designer velvet.

Just a note for anyone who's concerned about reliability - their customer service seems to have improved dramatically in the last couple of years. I've poured through many old reviews of different fabrics on their site, and customers used to complain that the photos didn't match the actual fabric they received very well. However, many customers have commented in the last 2-ish years that the product photos have changed and are now much more accurate. An additional source of confidence for me is the responses of customer service representatives to any negative reviews. Customers who are dissatisfied are contacted and often offered full refunds when their issue cannot be resolved. I no longer have any reservations about shopping here, and I recommend this store to all my crafty friends.

order the fiteed sheet it was white in a picture when arrive it was blue. in the indicates blue I don't know how it happened.
tried to explain and show picture they denied and said the picture is blue!
it's white...

Never heard of this company until my UK bank blocked my card because this company tried to use my card fraudulently!
