No ship. No response. Charged my card though

Ordered a sunshirt on May 7th. Didn't get a verification email from them, which was odd. They did, however , charge my card for $96 on May 8th. It's now 3 weeks later. The order says it's in process, but there is no shipping info associated with it. It definitely never arrived either. I never received any type of update or order confirmation. I sent 2 emails through their online customer contact form and received zero response...not even an auto email response. I had to do a charge back through my credit card co to get my money back. It seems super weird, since I had purchased regularly from them in the past. Something is going on there. Wondering if they are having financial issues. Definitely switching stores now. Not worth the hassle

BUYERS BEWARE!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not fall for their GIMICK of a coupon and good price! You will regret it. This company is terribly slow to ship, and does not care if items go "missing" or undelivered. They will not help you! I just wasted almost $500 with them!

This company is a complete joke! They offer items lower than other places but you get what you pay for in terms of customer service and time management of shipment. I ordered 2 sets of Scootboots that cost almost $500. The items took forever to process for shipping from Schneider's warehouse. They use FedEx extra which is the bottom of the barrel in shipping options. They have zero accountability in assuring that items will be delivered. Two weeks out from the order, the items are "lost in transit" somewhere though they say they are in my local area somewhere. FedEx says delayed due to "extreme weather" which is the biggest joke and lie the weather is just dandy. The most notable weather here in our area is a little wind otherwise sunny and 80 degrees out and the item shows it is in the connecting "sister" city to me which from my home is about 8 miles away. However, they will not deliver and will not let me come pick up. I asked to file a claim for a lost item. FedEx says I cannot do so, the shipper, Schneider's, has to do that. When I call Schneider's they say since the item is "not yet delivered" they cannot file a claim. Well if FedEx refuses to deliver it, there is no way for it to be delivered! It was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and has been unnecessarily held in the local warehouse all this time.
I will never order another item from Schneider's. They are terrible with customer service. They have terrible shipping services. They do not care about the customer. They want you to buy from them and bait customers in by offering discounts but it is a HUGE mistake!
I am going to contact my credit card company and request a chargeback for the refusal to deliver, track, or open a lost items claim and hopefully get my money back.
I should have ordered from Big Dee's like I had originally planned, but as a person on a budget I was duped by the offer of a discount!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I definitely will not be ordering from them in the future. Plus I paid $42 for 2 business day delivery and it took longer to come.

I will be a repeat customer for sure

I will be a repeat customer for sure. Less than a week before Christmas and they got my husbands gift to me in time, a day early actually. Impeccable quality and great fit. Ordering this hat was seamless. No hassle, no confusion, no hidden fees, etc. They have my confidence for future purchases and shipment.
