Michelle Nunns was very helpful and nothing was too much making sure that I understood all about taking delivery of our new vehicle.
Certainly a credit to herself which is good for the company.

Carmel Rouse has certainly gone the extra miles in getting us settled in a car for my wife.
She has sent us details of many vehicles and contacted out of office hours to help me choose one.
Carmell too is a credit to herself and this is so important these days as people deal with people not exactly companies.

I would say to both, keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service

We signed up for a Renault Megane at the beginning of August with a September delivery approx. We got an email confirmation later saying estimated delivery would be week commencing 30th Sept. Was informed we would be receiving regular updates after paying the processing fee. Received an email saying the car was still on track for 30th. Then received another one saying the car was on track for the 25th Sept. Had no communication closer to the 25th so wasn’t sure what was happening. Rang for an update and was then informed the car hadn’t arrived on the shipment. Had to constantly ring for updates as there was no communication from the company. The car was then due to arrive on the 15th Oct. Was informed once again we would be receive updates which never happened. Rang on the 15th to find out what was happening to be told the car had arrived. It needed to have pdi before it could be delivered. Asked how long this would take and was informed it would be a few hours. Then was informed later that the car would not be delivered by the dealership until 28th Oct. The day of receiving the car we had a phone call asking if everything was ok. I explained about the poor communication and this was escalated to director level. Received a phone asking for all the information and was told this would be looked into and I would receive a report the following week. Was then informed due to personal circumstances this would be delayed. Was asked for dates and times of phone calls made as they couldn’t find them due to changing systems. This was sent 12th November and I have not heard anything since. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with due to extremely poor communication, receiving the car a month later than expected and made what should have been something to look forward to a nightmare. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Since I placed the order with Express, Michelle kept me well informed and explained the process right up to receiving my vehicle on 25th October 2024.
This included the finance requirements and helping me through the cherished number plate process.
I have already recommended Express to a friend and will continue to do so well into the future.

Superb service from Joe and Ryan from the start to finish. This is the fourth personal lease vehicle I’ve had and this company, Ryan and Joe especially, were head and shoulders above the previous ones I’ve dealt with. From start to finish, excellent communication, swift with paperwork, always polite, professional and helpful and a prompt delivery of the vehicle. Just received my new car. Whole process from start to finish was painless. Car received much quicker than advertised too and both Josh and Ryan were great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Even had a courtesy call to check I was happy with the delivery of the car.

I have just received the delivery of My BMW X7. It is an amzing SUV and i just loved it. The journey from start till the end was so smooth and i got regular updates regarding my vehicle. Many thanks to Daniel who keeps me posted all the time. He also advised me on some optional extras as they are not needed which actually saves me money. Must recommended Express Vehicle if someone is reading this comment. Speak to Dan and he will guide you to the best according to your needs.

Just a quick update on my last review , the car was delivered when they said it would , its great , within a few hours of delivery Josh from the team called me to make sure i was happy with the car and delivery and to assure me that they will be there for me over the next 3 years. You should be proud of yourselves ! fantastic , thank you.

I’ve had help from Holly, Ryan and Josh. I always get quick updates from them which is appreciated. Unfortunately I am experiencing an issue with the car 3 days in though this is no fault of theirs. Would recommend.

Easy company to use just provide the correct documents/information when asked. Best thing, all from from your computer/mobile until the vehicle is delivered to your house!!

This is my fifth personal contract hire.
I thought that my previous four Contract Hire agreements direct with VW finance was OK
However the speed and simplicity i have experienced with Dan and the rest of the team at express Vehicle Contracts, far exceed my past experiences with my two local Skoda dealers and the parent VW financial services.
In fairness, I am right at the start of a new 24 month agreement, however if it all continues, I do think that I have found a new business that I can look forward to working with in the future.
