Quick service , I had no cooker and urgently needed one. The cooker is refurbished at £6pw . Nice looks new and installed in an upstairs flat. The fellas were nice and cheerful. If you are in a situation then I highly recommend.

Excallent service and very polite wonderful company

Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional company. For a start the fridge i was delivered was dented and not up to scratch. I complained and was ignored.
They refused to fix when it broke down so I cancelled. For months and months and months I've had nothing but hassle and illegal direct debit attempts even though I have on more than one occasion revoked permission in writing. I now have to take legal action.
Here is a copy of the latest email I have sent this afternoon.

Subject: FORMAL NOTICE: Unauthorised Direct Debits and Escalation of Dispute
​To Whom It May Concern,
​I am writing to formally reiterate that I dispute the charges you claim I owe, and that your company does not have authorisation or permission to set up or attempt any Direct Debits against my bank account.
​Despite my previous explicit instructions revoking mandate authority, you have repeatedly attempted to establish new Direct Debit mandates without my consent. This constitutes a serious breach of the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme and is causing unnecessary disruption and potential harm to my banking arrangements. Furthermore, the ongoing threats and harassing communications regarding this disputed matter must cease immediately.
​If you believe you have a legitimate claim, you must pursue it strictly through recognised formal and legal dispute resolution channels rather than continuing unauthorised attempts to draw funds from my account.
​Please take this as formal notice that if you attempt to set up any further Direct Debits or continue these threatening communications, I will escalate this matter immediately. This will include lodging formal complaints with the relevant regulatory bodies and commencing legal proceedings against your company, including claims for any incurred fees or associated costs.
​I expect written confirmation within 7 days that all Direct Debit instructions on my account have been permanently cancelled and that no further payment requests will be submitted.

Returned product ( TV ) and not replaced, expected to pay for something I do not have

The guys that delivered my tumble dryer were brilliant. They struggled to unplug the old dryer as it was in an awkward place but they did it and removed it for me before installing the new one. Superb guys.

Terrible service , terrible second hand products which they don’t fix or replace . Still trying to charge me for a broken washing machine which was sent back years ago . I’ve had to close my bank account as they keep trying to withdraw money from it fraudulently by opening up a direct debit unauthorised. Don’t touch this company , their products should be binned as broken and botched together ! But they are so greedy , they don’t care they are dangerous .

I have already rented a tumble dryer and dishwasher the guys where lovely, well mannered, and professional, they informed me on how the machines worked, I was so pleased I have now ordered a chest freezer. Like most of the country I’m on benefits so buying new white goods is near to impossible. By renting I get new goods and it’s at affordable prices and it’s worry free any problems I just give you a call, so no paying out for extended warranty’s. I have been telling all my friends and family about you. Keep up the good work.
