Very good and great value for money. Especially with the cost of living as it is

The service you get from this company is fantastic i would recommend then to my friends and family

I rented a dryer, couldn't have for a better one, it does what it says. Very quiet machine. I couldn't be more happier with it.

Amazing service from start to finish

The two guys who came to deliver and install my washing machine went above & beyond!

Always so easy to get through to speak with someone …which is rare today as usually get pushed about from one department to another or have a robot chat bot…

Highly recommend 🙌

This company is fantastic. Sometimes we just can't afford things out right and having the opinion to rent is fantastic.

Everything was super simple. Filled out the form sent over my ID and received my order a few days later

Excellent service

Staff on the phone are absolutely excellent, so kind, so helpful and just polite makes a refreshing change nowadays. Delivery guys are the same really nice blokes, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. You do pay more but that’s the privilege for paying slower I guess. Great company obviously run very very well by owner.

Fantastic customer service and support excellent drivers I recommend this company to anyone 👍

Always a great speedy service with very friendly helpful staff thank you

Had washing machine for few years now honestly great service any time there has been problem they come out have look and if not happy replace it there and then one of best rental company's around

Disgusting company my washing machine went wrong well over a year ago I told them apparently they never received anything my washing machine is broken its dangerous cant use it im still paying for something I cant use

Great service the two lads that delivered and fitted my machine were great very quick install no hassle. Well done boys

Fast delivery but very disappointed that the tumble dry was so dirty in the water holder and in the drum and fitter with animal hair not acceptable

Family tried to rent a dryer from here. When it arrived to the home, they refused to deliver it because the house was a HMO before they moved in. The website does not mention not catering to HMOs! Everyone in the house is family and renting together, so in this sense, it was not considered a houseshare as everyone was renting together within one family unit. They simply saw numbers on the door and said they won't deliver!

Make your policies more clear as to not waste people's time.

From start to finish , we've had a great experience with this company so far ! The whole process has been so quick and simple and the two fellas that delivered our new washer were so friendly and polite ! 100% recommend to anyone !

Hi. Great administration spot on on checks. Thanks got my phone 📱 I wanted.

The delivery was supposed to be on 10 June, but nobody contacted me to let me know there was an issue or delay. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, which was very disappointing and frustrating.

Because of this poor communication and very poor customer service, I decided to cancel my order.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is awesome! From the moment I placed my order online, the customer service was excellent. Whenever I needed to call, the hold times were very reasonable—unlike some other companies where you’re left waiting forever.

The product arrived exactly as described and was delivered by DHL with great care and professionalism.

I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻

Very good service and done so quick very happy 😊
