Amazing experience
We had a really great time at this lovely little zoo! The zoo is clean and well organised, with lots of friendly and helpful staff and a really nice little cafe. Lots to see and do, we loved feeding the goats in the farmyard section.
We had also booked two animal experiences - meeting the lemurs and feeding the carnivores - which were amazing! Thanks so much to Chelsea the zookeeper! She was so lovely and patient and so knowledgable and made our experiences great fun. Would definitely go back!
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great day out.

Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience, thank you so much to the staff for helping me organise this at last minute. I paid extra for the meerkat experience and it was worth every penny but standard entry is very reasonable for what you get, the place is clean and tidy and has great facilities. The lady who did the meerkat talk had a wealth of knowledge and made it so interesting, one of the best animal experiences i have ever done, my little girl was amazed and had the best time ever, thank you to all the staff again who were all so polite and friendly, we hope to be back soon. Absolutely fantastic Day
Absolutely fantastic day with our daughter in law grandson and granddaughter. Lovely place to visit staff are all so friendly.
We had lunch at the cafe food was lovely staff so kind but did feel really sorry for them as people kept complaining about being kept waiting for food , they did explain the was a wait which you could see the would be they desperately need more staff as 2 on the front and what looked like one man in the kitchen just isn’t enough, all the time people were complaining the ladies just kept apologising as it just couldn’t be helped really felt sorry for them.

We recently enjoyed a Meerkat Experience at Exotic Zoo which was amazing! Chelsea was great at talking to us about the Meerkats and made the experience really enjoyable.

What a little gem of a place,
What a little gem of a place,
Lots if animals from all over the world,you can touch certain animals and gain extra information from the handlers, the staff are friendly and welcoming, very reasonably priced and close to Telford Town park.
A win win for my munchkin.
Happy days.

I have visited the Exotic Zoo a few…
I have visited the Exotic Zoo a few times and will definitely make it a regular thing now, it’s a unique experience as you can get quite hands on with some of the Gorgeous animals such as Tilly the Skunk and Cali the Meerkat aswel as snakes and frogs, every single member of staff and volunteers are so friendly and knowledgeable and Scott is an absolutely amazing gifted person and extremely friendly and experienced and was absolutely wonderful with my Severely Autistic Son, he even managed to get my Son to touch a snake which is a miracle! I truly can’t speak highly enough of Scott, his team and the wonderful Zoo, Thankyou for so many incredible experiences and we will definitely see you again very soon :)

Had a fab day visiting the animals and learning a lot of interesting facts about them. The staff were really friendly and you could see they genuinely cared for the animals.
