honestly can’t recommend CoralVault enough!. Every single order I’ve had has been spot on, even the “clearance” section. All corals arrive in incredible condition, colours are even better than the photos, You can tell real care goes into every piece they send out. They even do additives for coral. Partnered with Coral Essentias. This stuff really does work. Every dose you can see the corals come to life it’s crazy.
What really sets them apart though is the service. They consistently go above and beyond, whether it’s helping with advice, answering questions quickly, Or just making sure everything arrives perfectly. It doesn’t feel like just another online coral shop. You actually feel looked after as a customer.
On top of that, the prices are genuinely great for the quality you’re getting. It’s rare to find that balance, but he’s absolutely nailed it.
If you’re into reefing and want healthy, high-quality corals without any stress, This is 110% the place to go. I won’t be buying from anywhere else.

Coral arrived entirely dead, no response from seller

Ordered a couple of times from coral vault and would highly recommend to anyone. The corals are well packaged and arrived all happy and healthy. Top notch customer service and communication. Also great prices especially for the size corals you get. Will be ordering more!

The best customer service I’ve ever received! I was showed every coral available in detail over WhatsApp and recommended certain ones that would be best suited for my tank, which is very helpful for being still relatively new to keeping corals. My corals arrived the next day very well packed covered in fragile tape and double boxed, heat pack was also still warm which was fantastic. My torches were actually open upon arrival which just shows the quality and high standard Coral Vault provide. Would definitely purchase from here again! Very happy :)

Ordered a couple of torches which had small heads considering for the price and expected them to be much bigger like previous. Both ended up dead due to the fact it was royal mails fault. who they use for delivery service which is getting worse over time.
I explained the situation to Jordan which at first reinsured me and would honour any DOA due to the fact it was royal mails fault at their end for not making sure that their was someone in twice for when they will turn up. Don't know if having a live coral sticker on the box would of changed the out come instead of their brand sticker but who knows. One torch was clearly dead and the other didn't look so great either and explained that even though it didn't look dead, over the course of time(which I've had experience in)they tend to show signs of stress or die within a few days of placing into the tank which this did happen the morning after, but wouldn't honour the DOA on the second torch which was a one off piece and double the price of the other. If you do get accepted for the DOA policy and it's not a one of piece then they will other you a replacement or in store credit. I had this offer on the cheaper one but not the other which has now has lost all trust from the seller and will not buy again.
Considering I won't be buying again they refunded me for the cheaper torch including paying me back the postage direct into my bank to end all ties. That's very nice of you, shame you couldn't of just honored both then their wouldn't been such a problem.
At the end Jorden was insinuating that it was my fault for not hearing the post man or the post man didn't wait long enough for me to answer on the chosen date, when myself and the full backing from my wife who works from home also did not hear anything.
Be careful when ordering from these as they will quickly turn to their policy's instead of being honest and gaining loyal and trust from customers.

The guys are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, they gave me great advice and were never pushy, the corals were amazing quality, packed well and delivered promptly and very reasonable prices too, I have bought quite a bit of stuff from there now, and will only go back to them for my future purchases as I know they’re stock is top quality, can’t recommend them enough.

First time ordering from them and i couldn't be happier. Great service, turned up quick, on time, well packaged and healthy. A good sixed coral aswell. Will be ordering from them again.

I ordered some corals from Coral Vault UK. When they arrived they were rather small. I had not realised that they would be this size. I sent an email to complain and the company offered me a part refund. In fact, they went above and beyond to make my buying experience a pleasant one. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I couldn’t ask for a better online coral store! Coral Vault has been absolutely amazing and have been super patient with me being a new reefer. Communication is great and prices are 100 times better than your local fish store or other coral trading websites! Always get my corals from these guys now and they always arrive soo healthy, totally reliable and with quick delivery times!
