What made this order worth 5* ?
Well it has to be the people of course!
I was treated like a valued customer and given lots of advice to ensure the successful creation of a community aquarium.
Then the fish are so healthy and beautiful. I definitely made the right choices. The stress they would suffer during transportation was kept to a minimum because of the great packaging.
Jimmy liaised with me in a very friendly manner. I only wish I could order more! How they could improve things? Not possible I’m glad to say. Thank you.

Untrustworthy fish sold in bad shape water fish delivered in stinks like not been cleaned in months. Fish delivered was smaller then advertised fish arriving almost dead

Got my turtle from sims no issues.jimmy is really nice guy and helpful. If I have any issues he always reply’s or gets back to me.

So ive ordered some fish. Awaiting for delivery. It's a great start so far. Really really good selection of fish in the website. Ive ordered assorted angelfish. Firstly the price is fantastic but also having this option means you dont know what you will get which makes it that much more exciting. Been chatting to Jimmy, so helpful, friendly and gets back to you so quickly. Ill be putting im another review once I receive the fish.

Jimmy and crew give Brilliant Customer service. I received an anemone from Sims it was in pretty bad condition I think it got too cold. I informed Jimmy and he was so helpful and understanding. I tried to revive the Nem but unfortunately died. No problem to Sim and Jimmy they sent me another one. Fantastic company highly recommended. Will be using them again

All the fish i ordered were in lovely condition, came packed really well.
And all fish are still doing really well.

Great tropical fish company! Jimmy took the time to call me and discuss my order. Explained one was out of stock so said he would sent out replacements of various colours so I could brighten my tank. Wonderful service and a pleasure to buy from. Thank you 😊

This is the first time I have used Sims Tropical Fish store, and I am very impressed with their Customer Service via email. They informed me that my selection of Koi Carp was in stock and when they would be delivered. All of their prices for Fish and delivery were clearly stated on their website with no hidden extras.
The fish were very well packaged and all arrived very healthy and lively. The colours of the fish were absolutely beautiful. The fish were very good value for money and I will definitely recommend Sims Tropical Fish and I will certainly buy from them again.

Not really done much online Freshwater aquarium fish shopping. But recently I have had really bad Achilles injuries making walking painful. So I looked around and found Sims tropical and ordered four medium Discus. They were delivered on time and I had plenty of feedback from the shop and the DX courier. Fish arrived in great condition. So I decided to order some other strains...same size and price. Unfortunately what arrived wasn't what I ordered. I emailed the company and had a quick reply from Jimmy at Sims he was really helpful and recorder me a second lot free of charge he arranged all the deliveries and did so quickly and with much urgency. The fish arrived on time and in great condition. Thanks Jimmy and Sims tropical your service is much appreciated. Carl

Lovely fish safely delivered, great people on the phone,they keep you updated on any orders they don’t have in at the time, I will continue to use them.

I recently gave Sims tropical fish a five star review after a great experience when I ordered some angel fish.

I now think I should give another 5 star review for my latest order. I decided, for the first time, to set up a discus tank. Although somewhat nervous of discus, my fears were soon calmed after a discussion with Jimmy.
I went ahead and set up well cycled tank of 150 gallons. I ordered my discus and they were stunning specimens when I received them as ordered.
It went so well that, a month later, I ordered more and they also were perfect.

Sims are a pleasure to deal with. Not only do they have a great range of products but the quality of the fish, plants food etc is exceptional. Customer service is also outstanding. Well done sims. Keep up the good work.

I was able to get hold of some rare species I had been after for a while.

Sims didn’t have the fish at the time but were able to source them for me. I will be using again in the future.

I purchased 8 peacock cichlids recently and was incredibly impressed with the customer experience. I rarely write reviews but was so impressed with the quality and health of the fish supplied. Ordered tropical fish from Sims. Arrived exactly on time. Fish very healthy looking and very well packaged with heat packs and multiple layers of protection. Would definitely use Sims again.

I ordered a fish from STF but the wrong fish was sent to me, I messaged them and explained the situation and a gentleman called Jimmy sent the fish I originally ordered the next day, he was very understanding and really good customer service and he got my fish to me ASAP.
