Exceptional Villas Anmeldelser

My wife and I have used Exceptional Villas five times over the last eight years And we are always amazed and satisfied with the incredible villas we’ve been to from the Caribbean to Europe. The Exceptional Villas, computer app is a great companion as you have all your information at your fingertips at all times. It’s comforting to know that you have a companion with you during your vacation. If you truly want an amazing trip, Exceptional Villas is the company you want to use.

Our trip to Turks and Caicos's was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This villa was so comfortable, beautiful and they thought of every detail to make our experience fabulous.

The outdoor living was spectacular. The amenities were perfect. Loved the fact that they had extra sun tan lotion, first aid kit items, plenty of towels, beach equipment and more.

In addition, the people we met with at the villa were great and responsive. Couldn't have asked for more.....it was so amazing

Exceptional Villas are fantastic. They have gorgeous villas all over the world. Great website. The people there are so experienced, helpful and responsive and patiently work with you to find the best villa for your needs. They know all the properties really well, and can answer any questions. Once the villa is booked, there is an excellent concierge service, that will organize cooks, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, activities and more. We had to change our plans after making a reservation and Exceptional Villas were so flexible and helpful in allowing us to change the dates. We have used them twice in Antigua and Barbados and recommend whole-heartedly.

Marianne has been nothing but helpful. Excellent follow up and communication at every point along the way.

Rowena and Yvonne are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend booking with Exceptional Villas no matter where you are traveling in the world.
My initial correspondence with Yvonne was very timely and she answered all my questions regarding our booking. Rowena was our concierge and she was amazing. Everything she recommended and booked for us was a great experience. Our car rental was very nice with the company she booked through. We also had a great experience at all the restaurants she recommended and her advice about things to do on Barbados was very helpful. They even sent us a very detailed itinerary of everything before we left. Rowena always responded right away and once we arrived to Barbados, their team checked in with us right away to make sure we were all set. Our condo was exactly as pictured and very nice. We had no issues with staying at the Glitter Bay Property and they have a very nice beach there.

Aoife and Elaine were exceptionally attentive

Exceptional Villas has been great to deal with since we started the reservation process. Very prompt communication and very helpful. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent service provided by Mary to ensure everything we asked for was in place before we departed.

One of the most professional and courteous vacation travel coordinator teams with which I have EVER worked. Yvonne and Rowena are unmatched in timeliness and thoroughness of client service support.

Great service from the whole team. Communication very timely and the app is great tool for info at destination. Have found the whole thing a super easy experience and are hoping our villa and holiday will be as great an experience as so far

Marianne has been wonderful. She has been extremely attentive in answering all our questions and planning our events.

Elaine was terrific and made this experience exceptional.

The guidance and advice provided by Aoife before booking was very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the villas in Barbados are gorgeous, but we were given her professional, objective and gentle input attuned to our needs and budget that made the process pleasant and easy. Every little detail post-booking was attended to promptly and cheerfully by Rowena. I must have asked a thousand questions and was met with only patient eagerness to assist. She organized airport transfers, restaurant reservations, rental car and sports activities — she even mapped out the number of steps we needed to take to get to the beach! I would recommend the quality of client service provided by Exceptional Villas very highly and certainly would consult them again.

We haven’t stayed at the villa yet but the service I have had so far to plan and book everything needed for the trip is like none other. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine!

Having used this company many times I wouldn’t consider using anyone else, it’s a very personal service and nothing is to much trouble .
Yvonne and Rowena are both friendly and efficient.

Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

We have not seen the Villa yet, but Marianne and the staff have been wonderful to work with on the vacation.
Very attentive and responsive to any questions.

Exceptional Villas is by far the best travel service we've ever had a privilege to work with. To start, they have an outstanding selection of properties in multiple exotic destinations to fit any taste and budget.
We started planning our Barbados vacation a year in advance and found an amazing villa on the Exceptional Villas' website. Our concierge, Yvonne, quickly responded and confirmed the desired dates. After that, every aspect of the vacation
had been handled by the team, Yvonne, Rowena, and Julie, in the most efficient and professional manner possible. We planned a daylong boat tour, an island driving tour, and a birthday celebration at the villa, which required so much preparations,
it seemed like it was impossible to do. But Rowena handled all aspects of setting everything up and organizing every party involved in such precision, that made the engire vacation a complete success. My wife, our friends, and I, all were
amazed by the level of details that Rowena was able to handle in a rather short period of time. Rowena thought about every single aspect that made that vacation a true dream. When we are ready to plan another holiday, we will always
turn to Yvonne, Rowena, Julie, and the whole Exceptional Villas team. You are amazing! Thank you!

I required a lot of hand holding throughout the planning stages of this family trip. Every question I posed was answered promptly and courteously no matter how basic the question.

Elaine is helpful, friendly, and all-around great to deal with. We have dealt with her before and she exceeds expectations every time. Thanks!
