Mary was an amazing help to us- holding our hand through payments, ordering food, arranging transfers. As we are a large group there were a lot of questions. Mary was patient and efficient.

Rowena was really great and helpful with everything.

We stayed at La Serenissima for 5 nights in November. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and professional. The property was breathtakingly beautiful and beyond our expectations. Each room was beautifully decorated and serene. We felt relaxed and pampered the second we walked through the open-air entrance! The Spa, with the steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, massage room and fully equipped gym were a wonderful addition to our experience. The chef on staff prepared delicious meals while catering to the dietary restrictions (vegetarian & vegan) of some of our friends that travelled with us. The certified sommelier butler offered wine pairings and wonderful cocktails tailored to our preferences. The overall attention to detail was impressive! We would definitely recommend La Serenissima to anyone looking to escape and enjoy a luxurious vacation.

Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive communication have given us complete confidence heading into our trip! She was so sweet and pleasant through all of our communications!

The Costaguti apartment was perfection. The property was wonderful.

The house book was thorough. Although I wasn’t able to figure out the washer. An image of the panel with explanations of the icons would be helpful.
As an art historian I especially appreciated the panels explaining the art.
The cleaning staff was great.
There were no unpleasant surprises.

Our trip to Villa Marie in Tuscany was absolutely incredible! The Villa was beyond spectacular. I cannot think of one negative aspect of the villa or the staff. Our travel planner, Elaine Donoghue was a true professional. She took such care in attending to all our wants and needs. She made sure each and every detail was perfect. The trip exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Exceptional Villas and if possible Elaine!

Elaine made our trip perfect! We have traveled many places and usually stay in hotels, but with a multi-generational trip of 9 that wasn't going to work. We knew nothing about Greece, but Elaine at Exceptional Villas helped us chose our locations, activities, and places to eat.
