My website . Lose everything information and pictures. Why your company closed don’t let the owner know before 1-2weeks. Give some notice . Super super terrible. Now this timey I have to waste more time fixing, and let more AD put my website fixing, lose my new customers. Destroy everything!!! This is your American style?

I too have had my website transferred from Webs to Vistaprint and now Exact Hosting. Going from Webs to Vistaprint was sketchy enough, but Exact Hosting have invoiced me for a service I've already paid Vistaprint for! I've had lots of emails threatening to take my site down, but cannot get any reply from their Chat, email or support ticket.

I lost my website when Vista Print bought web.com and all hosting went to Exacthosting. I called to web.com customer service and found out, that my website and other websites, free and paid, no matter, are all deleted, gone, they said that they could not transfer them even to wix builder because this builder doesn't have such capacities and have limitations, therefore they just deleted all websites. You will not get access to your website, it's gone. They say that they will refund money. It is not about money, they destroyed content which doesn't belong to them. It was Vista desision. This hosting is trying to bill me for 60 dollars for domain name and 3 e-mail boxes, which I don't need. Why do I need it without my website. Why I even should trust them - what can prevent them to delete another website again? I checked wix - really, it is very not structural builder. To rebuild something what you build for many years is difficult, especially if you lost information. Why would I trust this not reputable business ever again after they just deleted my website? Webs.com, Vista, Exact Hosting which locked my domain - don't deal with them.

I subscribe the last reviews of everyone who had a website on webs...we lost all have to start all again, no reply from exact hosting im waiting for a week now website down, email down...also i tried to rebuild the website on vista x wix the link they ask us to go to and wix is asking me money to connect a domain i already pay now with exact hosting...
TERRIBE SERVICE from exact hosting to all the new customers...AVOID!!!

It seems that we are having a similar experience to many on here. our web provider Vista have transferred our domain name to Exacthosting and now we have no working website. as many have said on here we have had no response from them despite sending emails and attempting other means of contact. we had no choice in this move and have been left high and dry by everyone involved. Poor

DO NOT USE Exacthosting !! They are a very bad hosting company the website only stays up 50% of the time they cannot explain what the problem is and they cannot fix it. They will not refund the money for their down time. I'm paying them for hosting service and they're giving me absolutely nothing.
worst !! Exacthosting is the worst and it has been nothing but hassles !! They have NO idea what they are DOINT !! STAY AWAY !! This is a VERY BAD company !!

I'm nor sure it deserves a one star, was transfered over to exact hosting, can't get emails, can't get on to my Web page, had to buy a ssl certificate, now having to generate certificate from server, absolutely no idea how to do it, thinking of just cancelling everything and starting a fresh somewhere else, there is no help from them at all, can anyone help me lol.

Rubbish service..used them as rec by webs.. they now have my Web address and it seems impossible to retreave it.. I have emailed 6 times but no reply... please don't use them.. wish I read the reviews first

This is really so DISGUSTING. A migration from webs.com to Exact hosting which do not have help support or chat box. I availed SSL Cert and was asking for an assistance on how to configure it. I've submit tickets many times and haven't received any reply.

As many others here have said, the customer service is barely there. The only time I managed to get through was when I actually sat through the 30 minute phone hold, and somebody answered. The issue we had was sorted, but more issues cropped up, and now our website and email are down, with no option for support over the weekend. The services we are trying to purchase (domain renewal) keep failing, even though the money is taken out and an invoice sent to us.
Do not use this company! We are changing away from it as soon as we can get through to someone.

This is literally the worst, most irritating company I have ever dealt with. They bought my domain from webs.com, which I was not given a choice about. I have been trying to reach a human for three days. I have emailed multiple times. I did "live chat" which says everyone is busy, leave your email. I called. The recording said the wait was 30 minutes. I held for 27 minutes. I got another recording saying to call again, press 1 to leave a callback number. It didn't work. I was initially going to get them to just reroute my website. I want away from this company, but I can't reach anyone to get an authorization code. Do not consider this company for anything. I am so unhappy I was not given a choice. They have the nerve to bill me. I feel like my domain is being held hostage.

Exact hosting are sending me bills for a service which I have already paid my current supplier for.
I have had a website with Webs for the past ten years and repaid my subscription in November 2022 Webs Told me that all accounts would shortly be transferred to Vistaprint as vistaprint had bought out Webs , ...I was also told that transfers would be seamless without interruption.
Exact hosting now claim to have bought out my Domain and email addresses and threaten that unless I pay 200$ I will be cut off on the 31st August
This gives me no time to remedy the problem with Webs or Vistaprint , All I get form exact hosting is off the shelf replies , which do not answer the questions I have asked .

Exact bought my previous supplier. Had problems from start. Can't access the account to change the dns to redirect to where my website is hosted. After numerous emails Exact still has not resolved the issue to give me access. I'm paying for nothing.

Was a reseller customer Quality Hosting Online for many years, seems like they were acquired by Exact Hosting. Saw straight away that our monthly bill increased by more than 30% when new billing came, we contacted support to point out the issue and explained our previous billing; but got a reply more ir less saying that “this is how we bill…and we don’t really care about your previous relationship with us”! Will move all accounts!!

5/2/23 Exact Hosting Email Server has been down for almost 24 hours and with no ETA. As a small business owner in service industry this is killing my business. In the past their server goes down for maybe 1 to 2 hours. As soon as it is back up and I looking to switch to new company. Do not waste your time with this company

Exact bought out my previous provider, over 300 hosted accounts, support was non-existent, they then chose to migrate my accounts to a "new" server. This "new" server was obviously not new and had a horrible IP reputation, causing virtually all emails to be rejected because of block lists..this went on ofr over 2 weeks and was never resolved, until I moved my accounts elsewhere.. WORST support on the planet, with responses taking upwards of 3 day, if you were lucky enough to even get a response. Support techs were also not honest, one told me she had requested a domain be unblocked 2 days before I even requested it...STAY AWAY FROM EXACT HOSTING!

They are terrible! I had a host for 25 years, they bought that company (5 dollar hosting) and since my "grandfathered" price was lower, they shut my allotted disk space down to match my usage, effectively shutting me off! I couldn't even back up my files to transfer to another host because there was no disk space. I mean, whoever heard of a web disk being 1.21 GB? This is the "exact" amount of my usage, pretty tricky huh? I guess that's why it's called "exact" hosting. Avoid these crooks!

Exact bought 5 Dollar Hosting and destroyed it. Prices went WAY up and service went WAY down. Tech support that's only available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm - really?? I have been having an email issue with one of my domains and the support is haphazard with no plan or communication. Now their solution is to tell me to use MailChimp. Nope, but I'll take my domains to a company that wants the business.

Absolute zero customer support. They are quick enough to sell products, but do not respond to tech support requests at all.
