I wish you would employ, "trainer's" staff that actually, speak to you! I go 3 times a week! And can honestly say, not one, "personal trainer" has ever spoken to me! Even so much as, "hello!" And I have been a member for Many Years!!!!!

Upped the price of the gym without upping the service provided. Gym is like a sauna, the aircon is not turned on anywhere near enough and it is too hot to train. Will be leaving

Overall Everyone Active is good value and provides high staffing levels, well equipped gyms and a good variety of classes. On occasions there are issues with equipment reliability but it seems things get sorted when brought to the attention of the staff.

I go to yoga taught by Karen. She is brilliant. She brings a sense of calm into the day.

I’ve been trying to book a simple swimming session for a child and two adults on the everyone active website and it won’t work, Cant find time slots to book, tried calling multiple times with no answer. I had to make an account didn’t ask me to set a password but when I went to log in it asked for a password that I hadn’t set so couldn’t log in. Terrible website management

awful experience since everyone active took over. bad customer service no one answer phone ever. online services doesn't work properly. 10 min away from home trying to join from past six months jokes. register online went to their office. they cant find me in their system. nothing. applied for free day pass few days back still waiting. haahah poor management

I booked a free trial class and attended the class. The day after, I received the email telling me I have to pay cancellation fee for no show even though I actually attended the class. I talked to the membership office lady and the receptionist before I joined the class, and talked to the receptionist after I finished the class too.
I was happy about the class instructors but now I am very disappointed about the customer service.

The staff at this gym are lovely. They are all polite and helpful. The only issue is the card entry system is poor and it takes too long to fix faulty equipment. However, it is a nice place to visit, a great gym. If you want a bangers gym this is not for you. It is just a good gym with a bit of social thrown in.

Fantastic climbing party at K2 yesterday for my daughter’s 8th birthday. The climbing team were absolutely fantastic with the kids and the cafe team provided a brilliant meal afterwards. All so smooth and easy. Thank you so much!

My son and daughter love swimming because you guys make it so fun and they like going there

The facilities are good for purpose, the app is good for booking and makes the booking process straight forward. I have a swimming lessons membership and I really enjoy the classes and the teachers are really good and very friendly. The only thing that should be improved is the availability of the shallow swimming pool outside normal working hours (9am to 5pm) so that I could use the facilities besides just the class that I attend once a week.

i gave upfront money £160 without even trial 1 minute session . Monique beaton is the personal trainer.
she cancelled her last session by saying you're signed for 12 weeks not one week where as Pt's messaged me that she do 4 sessions a month each is £40
she got it signed and didn't even discuss with me . on the agreement it says (weekly installments, fortnightly and single payment) but she didn't even told me payment options . if it was 12 week agreement she shouldnt have taken one payment and in terms and conditions she doesn't even mention that in case of breaking the agreement she will cancel last session . but she cancelled kept the amount of £40 which is alot for me as im house wife i used my birthday money plus £60 i borrowed from my friend. im unable to continue gym & daily activities just regretting why i trusted someone like her. she didn't even offer me a taster session and the agreement she is telling me about she got it signed and filled up
the blanks after. i also contacted gym membership team they kept me waiting for 5 weeks and stopped taking my calls . i have tried every source but all of them are unhelpful. i wrote on instagram about what has happened to me and tagged her. she then messaged me and said " i have reported you to the police for harassment " this is so rude after having my £40 for free now she is reporting me to the police. i have contacted gym manager Dan liddel also he disappoints me insulted me . im very disappointed at the end im leaving it on God. and letting her enjoy my £40 for free. im posting this as an awareness so that people it won't happen to others

Just like the Sunday before there is an event in the pool and yet again the website says nothing about that. I only find out on arrival to the chaos in carpark. Again, v annoying, how on earth can it be so difficult to put that notice of event onto the website? App even showed 11 spaces remaining for that slot, that Sunday, 20th November. Reply to my review last week was not acted on. Disappointing.

Pool being used for events, ok, but at least be consistent in using K2 website to inform swimmers. Today, Nov13th, closed all day to public, due to event, but nothing said about that on website. V annoying!

Grandchildren 5 and 6 love going swimming lessons. David their teacher is brilliant with them, they count down the sleeps till their next lesson. So a big thank you to David.
The ladies on Reception are so friendly aswell. The pool and changing areas are always clean and always lockers and changing rooms are available.

Dirty place. Changing room rarely maintained with urine on the floors, dirty toilets and fungus crawling over the floor to the saunas, that are in the locker rooms, will jump on you like sales team on your wallet, without a warning. Swimming pool stinky of urine and chloride over the limits to kill bacteria from urine? I can't believe they make children have swimming lessons in there. Gym usable as last resort with outdated equpiment, gym benches worn out and ropes used for machines are holding on last threads beware of them snapping on you. Missing safety locks for plates, dumbells dripping of sweat. In summer you don't need sauna as sauna is made in the gym part out of sweat of visitiors and lack of ventilation, even walls are sweating. Lovely staff with squeeky voice will lie as much as they have to but got no proper training and can cause injuries, especially the younger 'newcomers'. Gym manager totally ignoring any comments about H&S unwilling to make report of injuries at the gym for members, cleaning replaced by chatting up underage girls to show them how to do exercise 'in the right way' what I think is disgusting

Couldn't ask for more there is every type of equipment any one doing keep fit could ask for.

Lots of space, lots of free equipment, friendly spacious atmosphere. Will go again another time. But there appeared to be only person on duty at reception, there would need to be a few people there in case of some kind of incident.
