Meat arrived covered in blood unfit for consumption
The delivery arrived damaged with stinking slimy blood all over the box and packaging and contents. Some items were minus labels and I washed off the blood which was bad foul smelling. The customer care telephone line is not professional as never replied to my concerns. I had to email several times before a reply and this has been an ongoing problem. I have sent images. Requested collection and a new box to return these cross contaminated pouches. Health and safety warned me that I must not consume the produce. Our bank has taken up a case as the business is a school and intended for a celebratory outdoor summer get together after exams. Thankfully found other suppliers who are horrified at the lack of care from Eversfield. Finally, Trading Standards are to be informed. Be extremely careful these people do not care about health and safety. 16/07/2026 To amend this I have received a full refund today. A sincere apology which acknowledged the severity of what has happened after sending photographs of a bloody box. Thank you, Eversfield.

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you have placed a number of orders with us previously and that this was the first issue reported. We are sorry that on this occasion the delivery did not arrive in the condition we would expect.
We appreciate you providing photographs of the parcel, which allowed us to investigate the matter further. Following our review, a full refund was issued, and we are pleased that we were able to resolve this for you.
We take product quality, food safety, and customer concerns extremely seriously. We have also shared your feedback with the relevant teams so that we can continue to review and improve our processes.

The meat arrived after 48 hours with…
The meat arrived after 48 hours with the package already open, the ice packs completely melted, and an internal temperature of 21°C. I was then sent a replacement order with the promise that it would be delivered within 24 hours, but once again it failed to arrive on time.
It is absurd that, in 2026, a company is still relying on insulated packaging with ice packs instead of using refrigerated transport for fresh meat. Even more absurd is the amount of waste this creates: perfectly good meat ends up being thrown away, and animals are sacrificed for nothing because of such inefficient logistics.

The fillet steak was great but I am afraid that is where it ends the sirloin steak and Lamb shoulder chops were mediocre to say the least and certainly not worth the premium price paid.Don't bother

I was once a customer and had a good experience with Eversfield when I purchased their meat several years ago.
However, they have been harassing me by email since I left the UK and moved overseas.
I unsubscribed from their list in 2020 using the link in the newsletter, and it didn't work. I continued to get emails from them.
I contacted them twice to ask to be removed manually and they apologised and said I was now removed both times. I still got emails from them.
I decided all I can do is send the emails to spam.
Now, 6 years later despite having an email filter in place, I am once again getting their emails directly into my inbox. Essentially, there is no way to stop receiving contact from them.
If I don't stop getting emails from them within 7 days I will be reporting them to their hosting company using Spamcop.

Not fit for the dog
Do not use this supplier. After having happily used other organic suppliers with consistently good produce and service, I decided to give Eversfield a try. They sent me the worst quality steaks imaginable - riddled with gristle which they tried to argue was ‘marbling’. The tiny steaks were trimmed to exactly the stated size, which must have taken real skill as so much good meat must have been trimmed to leave so much fat - one steak was 30% gristly fat.
If these steaks had been in the reduced section of a discount supermarket I still wouldn’t have bought them, and nor would anyone else. I wouldn’t give them to the dog.
They have told me they want me to be 100% happy but are offering me a 25% refund, which is not acceptable for inedible steaks. I am 100% unhappy and would recommend everyone to steer clear and use a reputable supplier instead.

As discussed in our email correspondence, the photographs provided appeared to be within the expected specification for rump steak, which naturally contains marbling and fat due to the location of the cut. We do appreciate that preferences can vary from customer to customer.
We also understand from your email that the steaks were not cooked or tasted before being disposed of. For this reason, we were unable to fully assess whether there was an issue with the quality of the product itself. However, as a gesture of goodwill and outside of our usual policy, we did offer a partial refund in an effort to reach a fair resolution.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and had the steaks been tried and found to be unusually tough or gristly, we would absolutely have been happy to investigate this further with you.
We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations and we do appreciate your feedback.
Organic Beef mince (pasture fed) ordered - 400g x16
Having been used to Gazegill organic beef mince I thought I would try Eversfield as they were cheaper with an introductory offer.
The Eversfield Organic Beef mince is not bad in terms of flavour however it is not as flavourful as the Gazegills Beef Mince. The Gazegills has much more depth and beefy richness to it. They must be using a better breed of cattle and/or age the meat in a different way.
I'll be returning back to Gazegills - it's worth paying a little extra for superior flavour

All of our beef is certified organic by the Soil Association, 100% grass fed, and produced to very high animal welfare standards. We are incredibly passionate about the quality of our products, however we completely appreciate that taste and preference can vary from person to person.

Terrible experience don’t waist your time
Terrible experience I order a few kg of mince meet I set a delivery date for a week in advance , the parcle gets delivered to the wrong address bc they put the wrong label onto it then bc it’s been over 3 days now the meat isn’t good they offer me a measly £20 back from the £57 order absolutely disgraceful

As discussed in our previous communication, the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect and we were not made aware of this before the order was with our delivery partner.
Once you contacted us, we immediately contacted our delivery partner in an attempt to amend the delivery details; however, unfortunately this was not possible at that stage.
The refund offered was provided outside of our standard terms and conditions as a gesture of goodwill. We also offered alternative resolutions at the time, which were declined.
I am sorry that you feel disappointed with the outcome, however please be assured we did everything we reasonably could to try to resolve the situation.

Obviously distraught I called Eversfield and they sent me the exact products immediately and I still managed to recieve them christmas eve. Honestly an amazing achievement and the meat was delicious. Couldn't have wished for better service ( except from DPD ofcourse)

Amazing meat! I received my first box this week and I won't be buying anythibg else now. Delivered as scheduled, without issue. I am also able to freeze some of the meat which is really helpful!

Their customer service is very poor
I have had numerous dreadful experiences with their customer service in the past, and today was no different. They are extremely rude and abrupt. When you first phone them, there is a message on their answering machine stating that one of their friendly customer service representatives will be attending to you shortly. This is definitely not true; if they feel you're questioning something they dislike, they hang up on you and give no chance to ask another question. Furthermore, they deliberately do not answer the phone if they see your number ringing again. There is no one to complain to, as they handle complaints themselves. It's really a shame because I was a loyal customer for many years, but their customer service is a major let-down. It seems they don't care if they lose customers. It makes me wonder if the company is aware of their behaviour.

fantastic pork mince !. very tasty .fabulous butchering! lovely fine lean ground . no hidden fat or gristle .( I eat only carnivore (5yrs)+)
and love my pork mince especially . I definitely rate it AA+ ( added note--) i never buy meat in big chain shops ever !
