Fraudulent and scam company; never order from this website! It has been more than a month since I placed my order (14 August). I still haven't received my order nor a refund. I have contacted them via email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and every other possible way, but I haven't received any response yet.
Fraud company scamming everyone with malpractices
Waste of money oderd a product from everlasting and I didn't got that product delivered yet and the money was taken by them and now no where to reach to them I am unable to contact them and when I contacted to instagram they didn't even reply note- don't order from this fake site
I placed an order during Rakhi 2025 and received nothing. The team was supposed to get back to me via email but surprisingly they have stopped responding. The upi payment has already been made but nothing from there side. They said the order will be customised, I made a payment on 9 figures club private limited. Everything fake!
I order on 9aug2026 but today is 23aug2026 gill now my product is not dispatched or shipped i have sent dozens of mail to their support team over mail and they don't even reply and just play with money, i ordered 3 necklaces for my sisters which they Targeted me over Instagram showing an advertisement that gift your sister a personalized gift this raksha bandhan and i ordered it but I don't even thing that the parcel will come before 28aug also their support team mailed me once their also they misguided me on 20aug they told me that my order is shipped but today is 23 aug and still now the product is not even dispatched or shipped they have just booked an order with the delivery partner to show that it is shipped but on the page of delivery partner it still shows that they item is not yet.picked everlasting is simply misguiding its customers looting their money and this is my worst experience in the last 10years of online shopping. The worst part is they tell over email through automation that they will reply in 24-48 hours but even after many days weeks they will not reply and even if they does they will simply lie for no reason
Now i want my full money refund and don't want they product anymore, even before i got the product the experience is worse because of this I don't even think that product will be even good. Before also i have ordered personalized jewelry items but maximum in 1 week to 2 week i get the items, we are living in 2026 and still they have not even shipped the product even after 15 days forget the delivery. Worse part is they don't have any no. To contact with and on emails they don't reply. I understand it is festive time but If you can not handle the volume better inform the customer and and give them the option to cancel or inform them the truth or refund them, rather.then telling lies and misguiding people believe me my experience is so much worse that i am mever going to order anything from any unknown website after this especially everlasting even if they give it for free. A Product is always about experience, which they don't have

I ordered a personalized item and paid a partial amount upfront. Within just 15 minutes of placing the order, I found the exact same product available elsewhere for less than half the price, so I immediately submitted a cancellation request.According to their own terms and conditions, a personalized item can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours, before it is forwarded to manufacturing. Despite cancelling well within that window (15 minutes), they completely ignored my request for two days. When they finally responded, they claimed it was "too late" for a refund and instead offered only a store credit.To make matters worse, I tried repeatedly to get customer support through a real human being, but all my requests went in vain. I could not get a hold of any real person—only automated chatbot replies and nothing else. This made me feel incredibly frustrated and heartbroken as a customer who paid money upfront on the basis of trust, which they completely crushed.It has now been more than two weeks with absolutely no response or resolution. They took my hard-earned money and are wrongfully withholding it despite me following their cancellation policy perfectly. I feel completely scammed. Avoid this shop at all costs.
