Unfortunately my experience has left a bad taste. Went to test drive a VW Tiguan and firstly could not find any of the sales people. I walked into the new car sales office only to be ignored . With having made a booking I thought at least the salesman would approach to ask if I needed assistance . Eventually after asking various people where the use sales office was I was pawned off onto a different salesman who I noticed watching me since I walked in. The vehicle was not fit for test drive with warning lights popping up and the management light coming on. On return the salesman just said it was fine and that they would send it into the workshop to take a look the following day . He then asked me to put down a reserve deposit to secure it so that no one else would buy it , come on ?? No apology for me driving 35 minutes to waste my time , just that they would call me to inform me the status of the vehicle . Obviously no one has called me after 2 days now , not even a curtousy email. Having bought 5 vehicles from this dealership in previous years, I will not be buying a vehicle from them again. Service is atrocious.

Bought a car from this branch 4 weeks ago and two days later after doing a Mot check found that the car has a safety recall against it and after some research discovered that it actually illegal for dealerships to sell cars with an unresolved safety recall against it. Phoned for 3 days and each day was told someone would phone back and never got a call. In the meantime the brakes have started to squeak when applied. Phoned again on the 4th day and after mentioning the legality of selling this car, finally received a call back, where i was informed it would be quicker for me to take it back to another dealer to get the safety recall issue resolved. After explaining about the brakes, i was assured someone from the service dept would call to arrange, but this never happened. Have called back for the last 2 weeks and queried this only to be told each time the service team will call back, and after asking for a manager each time, have been told that one is not available. Now in the 5th week and still have not received a call. I also had to pay a £100 deposit as the v5 for the old car being exchanged was in the post, and when it was taken in, was told the deposit would be refunded. After a week of not receiving it, on one of the calls i mentioned this and was told that the refund had not infact been actioned, but this was rectified on this call. So overall not a great experience with after sales care.

Purchased a car from this branch 20 months ago. Battery needed replacing after approx 9 months. It took a week to achieve this mainly because the wrong battery was ordered. Now showing engine malfunction warning light. Getting hold of service department difficult. Lots of unanswered phone calls. Eventually spoke to them and told they are fully booked for next two weeks. They were unable to provide replacement car, I have a service agreement with them and think that this level of customer support very disappointing.

Vehicle purchased from Milton Keynes branch 12 February. Clutch problem developed which was reported within a week of end of warranty period. Unable to speak to manager of service department on more than one occasion. No effort to communicate with me despite messages being left.

Excellent service and staff. Highly recommended!

I was LIED to!!!! To and what was promised would be fixed wasn't,car was handed over with 8 miles left on fuel range but just made it with a little push from people at Milton Keynes Tesco's petrol forecourt At first visit I was told that customers vehicles always
had enough fuel in the vehicles for customers safety to get to a petrol station or home LIAR!!!! wiper blades should have been replaced as promised at road test, they weren't LIAR!!!!, extremely dangerous visibility.Small dent in rear bumper which definitely wasn't there on road test because every inch of that vehicle I personally checked and of course the lies claiming it wasn't when leaving the premises would start, Tracking needed adjusting due to car pulling left and was told that has been done LIARS!!!!! On way home still pulled to left,had it adjusted by a proper professional garage,it was towing in 1.9 degrees.Had to buy and put CAT CLEAN fuel cleaner in car next day of bringing car home because with running out of fuel all the gunk,dirt and debris from the fuel tank had clogged all fuel lines,pump.fuel filter, injectors and car was driving sluggish and hesitant affecting catylitic converter.Still no rear parcel shelf,was promised it's on order because no one had it in stock so one would be sent directly to my address,still nothing after 2.5 months,again a LIE!!!! Bought one from Kia Houghton Regis a week later IN STOCK!!!! I checked tyre pressures because car was supposed to have had a service before hand over but car didn't feel right to me and yes you've guessed it:
Near side front tyre pressure 38 PSI
Near side rear tyre pressure 26 PSI
Off side front tyre pressure 28 PSI
Off side rear tyre pressure 26 PS
Real tyre pressures supposed to be 30-32 PSI due to loads,how was tracking supposed to have been done?
How was the service supposed to have been done?
The vehicle was handed over in a dangerous condition and it's a good job I am bit clued up with vehicles and maintenance, imagine the lies to someone who isn't.Trading Standards will be notified with all the documents,receipts, videos and photos of all the evidence to back my comments.

Work done and front desk staff were great.
Car wasn't cleaned as agreed beforehand.
No email or sms updates, which is usually the case, but all in all the check-up was really good.

They keep you updated with any work which needs doing, and you get a video of your car, including engine bay and the underside, which is great. The mechanic talks about the condition of various parts and if they are ok or need attention.
The staff are always helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks to the mechanic who did my MOT and also Josh, Abbie and Theresa.

very pushy and if you do not buy the car then he becomes rude so, I gave it a miss and pleased with my division

My steering rack became loose and needed fixing as under warranty (less than 2 years old). Was told by Ford customer services to go to Evans Halshaw. When I arrived and told them my issue, was told to pay £180.00. I said why, they said incase it was not a warranty issue. A car less than 2 years old and around 20k miles should not have a steering rack become loose? Car is not safe to drive, the car a week later has had no one looked at it and I have a massive taxi bill waiting for Ford to pay me back.
Have phoned your number twice yesterday. On hold for over an hour, both calls, then phone said press 1 to leave a message. Then the phone hangs up. Terrible, terrible terrible. You should call me, I have been a client of yours for over 10 years. Call me.

Another week has gone by with no contact from Evans halshaw From the now 3 formal complaints I have made, where on there own website states contact should be made within 48hrs. Along with the multiple conversation i have had via the online chat where I am constantly directed to the ombudsman.

The generic email response you recived on trust pilot clearly shows they donit actually read your one star reviews as the EMAIL THEY KEEP GIVING DOES NOT WORK YET THEY KEEP POSTING ON MY COMMENTS.

I look forward to another generic response to this post. Unless I am provided another form of contact, I will leave another 1 star review soon as I STILL am being ignored by the branch I bought my car from

If I could give a zero I would. Collected car at 0830hrs. Went to wrong address first. Then when collecting car decided to get a coffee in the work cafe. Did not advise of required work until 1300hrs. When asked for return time advised to book in on another day, even though told to book in due to warning messages.
Left me on the street waiting for car after being lied to and told car was on way when Bill not generated for another 25 mins. As we know the car will not be on the way until the bill is paid and showing as cleared.
Phone kept ringing out with my number but answered straight away using a different phone.

Flare up already started which will impact for the next few weeks at least.
Final cheek is the cost of work for brake fluid and oil change and the length of time to do this work.
