Don't use, awful customer service,I bought a car pendingva test drive. As I was on my way literally 5minsxaway I got a call to say that'd sold the car. I'd arranged with Chelsea to buy it after days of unnecessary negotiation over the value of my car. Unbelievable I feel they owe me fuel money for my wasted journey to BUY THE CAR,.....

Sold my car to Evans Halshaw at Chester what a easy and fantastic service from my online valuation to booking my appointment easy and simple was contact by Jamie Crawford head of sell your car Chester who met us on the day checked car over and delta with all the paper work in a very professional and seamless manner even honoured the online price could not ask for anymore honestly if you thinking of selling your car give these guys a call you won’t be disappointed the only down side was there is no direct line to Jamie and on a couple of occasions could not get anyone to answer the phone come on guys let’s get Jamie a direct line or at least some were you can leave a message for a call back apart from this keep up the good work and Jamie is a real credit to your organisation from a very HAPPY customer..

Excellent Service
We took our car to Evans Halshaw after receiving an on line valuation and assumed it would be like other car buyers whereby they greatly reduce their valuation. Not so at Evans Halshaw from the moment we met Jamie he was very polite and professional, he talked us through what their process was. We were happy for them to go ahead, & check our car and really pleased with the final valuation which we accepted. Jamie was so professional and prepared for everything
We were looking to sell our car and went to motormatch for an appraisal and they told us over the phone to arrive on a certain time. We arrived and they then told us they don't buy Jaguars. So we were passing evans halshaw and was it lucky we popped. The service was night and day Jamie the Head of Sell Your Car Chester dealt with us and we had our young daughter and he got out a drawing tablet and some where's wally books and our daughter didn't want to leave as she was having a great time as were myself and my partner playing where's walley too. Jamie was so accommodating and gave us a great price for the car. Jamie demonstrated his experience of customer service as he was prepared for every situation and went the extra mile of keeping our little one entertained which I thought was well above and beyond. Definitely recommending Jamie to anyone who is wishing to sell there car.
