My personal experience purchasing a new car last week was an experience that could be stressful but wasn’t and that’s thanks to the team, especially Nam. Just had my fourth car from EH Chester and each time have use Phill Holding as my go to salesman. Very friendly, great customer service even in the heatwave. I needed the car delivered and this was arranged faster than I expected. All communication was clear. Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service, husband bought a very expensive car which was sold with a three year warranty, very quick to take his money....not as quick to deal with issues relating to the car, even during the three year warranty period. He has been without a car for nine months, yet still paying for it.
No response from any one with regards to rectifying this situation and managers seem to never be available, wonder if this is due to them being too busy dealing with other complaints.
Would suggest avoiding at all costs.

Terrible service and aftercare
They are very helpful and accommodating to get their sale, then it goes downhill. I was sold a land rover for over £20,000, with a 3 year warranty. The car breaks down within the warranty period, I was assured the breakdown would be covered. 9 months later, I am still paying for the car, and the dealership/staff ignore official complaints, dont respond when pressed, won't fix the car because it's not 'cost effective' for them. I still have 2 years of finance to pay, and have to borrow family cars and use public transport to get to work. Still not resolved
